During the stress of dealing with my aging parents, I apparently overlooked the fact that Rocket Lawyer had a monthly membership fee. Caitlyn was great in helping me understand and taking off March's auto pay. Also removing me from auto pay. She was very kind, informative and thorough. Thanks.

We are a legitimate business; our 7-day free trial does require credit/debit card information, but so long as it's downgraded (cancelled) within the 7 days, there is no billing whatsoever. If it isn't downgraded within that timeframe, then it will convert into the Premium Monthly Plan. You can downgrade your membership online, by phone, chat, or email. At Rocket Lawyer, we do provide a Divorce Settlement Agreement and a Divorce Worksheet, which can help with this process, but it will not be the only documentation you will need. You may need to obtain documents from your local county clerk's office, I'd recommend giving them a call or visiting them in person.
