Rocket Lawyer was great. I just signed up for the 5-day trial and I printed an eviction notice right away and it worked perfectly right away so I canceled the 5-day trial on it cuz I don't need any longer. And also Kristina was wonderful to work with.

I appreciated the opportunity to try out Rocket Lawyer and during some emergencies at my job I was not able to have the opportunity to stop it at the trial period end as I intended so I called and your excellent representative Victor corrected everything for me in the most professional and efficient manner to what I had intended and promptly had reversed any unintended actions in that regard concerning my account. With such a great experience with Victor and having the opportunity for the free trial period I will be using Rocket Lawyer in the future whenever I need to prepare certain legal documents and forms. When I first got on the site, it was easy to navigate.I followed the instructions given and had no problem. I found what I needed,completed it and printed it out. I chose to take the premium trial,because all I needed was available at that time. When I called back to downgrade to the free membership, it was a breeze. I had to wait for a minute. When McKenna answered, it was an enjoyable experience.She was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable in assisting me. She understood what I needed and promptly brought it to pass.
