I was looking for a Rental lease in Florida. Something short but detailed for one year. After looking around about I found Rocket Lawyer. The site is inviting and pretty easy to understand. There were several options from basic to extensively detailed. The laws and regulations for Florida were auto included which is nice. I selected a basic lease and the 7 day trial period because this is our first time we wanted something easy. I just had to remember to cancel within the time period. The representative I spoke to was very kind, professional and informative. She didn't try to pressure me to keep the service although there is a pretty good' downgrade' offer for minimal dollars if I thought I'd have questions and could get legal help if needed. I declined as this is my first time and we wanted a lease to get started. While on the phone with the Representative, there is a wealth of information in icon style which I thought looked nice and I will probably come back and utilize. From my call in to call end it was quick and friendly. I appreciate Rocket Lawyer for the lease, wealth of information on the website which isn't crammed in your face and Awesome Representative for kindness, professional and knowledge of the products offered.

I used RocketLawyer to create a document which was a great experience. I thought I had cancelled or downgraded the service and found that my account was charged. My experience with Rocket Lawyer has been very good. The deed forms that I used were easy to use and well done. I suggest the following changes to the form. 1) Change the "Mail Tax Statements To" info to show somewhere else on the the form instead of creating a blank page with only the mailing info. 2) Add an "Additional Provisions" section. (3) The Grantor Acknowledgement page spacing for signature lines needs to larger to accommodate normal size writing and signatures.
I will use Rocket Lawyer for any future legal items.

In my case I no longer needed Rocket Lawyer and wanted to go down to the free version. I was so thankful I was able to do this without being hounded about it. It was quick and easy and I will definitely reactivate my account if it becomes something I need more in the future.
