I had the unfortunate experience of having my entire purse and wallet stolen from car last Monday. It rendered me without credit cards for almost two weeks now, but last week I had an urgent need to use Rocket Lawyer and thought I could sign up some other way to renew a membership but could not. I decided to call customer service and had the fortune to have Kim be the agent that handle me and my call. Without thinking twice she knew how to resolve this and did so while being super kind to me. I am a small film production company business, and rely on many apps and websites to help run my business. Literally cried after the call because of that small act of kindness and now a forever fan and soon to be full time member! (Hahah have to wait for bank card and credit cards to come in first!) I was having issues with understanding how to properly use the Dashboard feature and I was having a learning curve issue with understanding how to edit documents. My customer service representative not only patiently listened to my concerns, but also added information that was useful to my understanding and use of the platform. Even though they say you can create the forms for free, they dont give you access to it unless you pay them. They dont tell you this until after you have already filled out the entire form. Giant waste of time.

At Rocket Lawyer, we do provide a Divorce Settlement Agreement and a Divorce Worksheet, which can help with this process, but it will not be the only documentation you will need. You may need to obtain documents from your local county clerk's office, I'd recommend giving them a call or visiting them in person.
