Naomi was great. First of all you have customer service "Phone" lines opened on Saturday morning which is amazing. Then the wait time was less than a minute. Naomi understood my issue and resolved it. I didn't spend a lot of time explaining Naomi. Over all A+ to Naomi and A+ to whoever leads your customer service. I will be back.
