I signed up for a 7 day trial to make a document. It was helpful, but not needed. I didn't see an automatic renewal on the site so thought I would get a notice before an additional charge. I received the charge today so I called right away. Karen was polite and courteous! She cancelled the account and issued the refund without any pushback. THANK YOU! I don't foresee needing this in the future, but if I do I will be back. I will also point my friends to it.

Mason was as helpful and kind a service representative as I have encountered in many many years. He immediately identified our problem and resulting frustration and worked himself to solve it without passing us off to other representatives above or below him which is our normal experience. To not have someone pass the buck and own the problem and subsequently fix it is a rare experience. We will absolutely look to use rocket lawyers resources as we need them in the future.

I phoned RocketLawyer today because I forgot my password. My plan is the cheapest plan, $1 per month…After a brief hold the kindest voice was on the line. "Kim" she called herself…I laughed because, I had just visited my mother "Kim." I told Kim my mother's name was Kim and she said her favorite sister was born in September! It was sincerely a match made in heaven. Due to the cache settings on my phone, it took a bit longer for Kim to help resolve my issue, however she possesses The-God-Given-Virtue of Patience. We spoke briefly about the mountains of N. Carolina and the majesty of this great country, it was like chatting with a childhood friend. The most interesting part is I called at almost 5:30pm and you would have thought I was her first call of the day. I was treated with the value of an attorneys assistant…She was a "Birdsong" Kim was a friend to me, and I can only hope to have her be my service representative at every call!

I was unable to figure out how to cancel my Rocket Lawyer account online, so I called your customer service. Kristina answered my call. She was very helpful and professional. She cancelled my account and told me that I would still have access to the forms I had completed, which I didn't know. She also informed me that I could restart my account at any time. She was very respectful.
