WHY AM I BANNED FOR 1 DAY?! THATS THE DUMBEST THING THAT HAPPED TO ME IN ROBLOX LIKE WHY DID THIS HAPPEN?!

I would give this a 5 star rating except they are teaching children to steal in adopt me. This is wrong and goes against everything adopt stood for when starting this game. The game use to be a safe place for kids to play teaching them how to care for pets and take care of them, a place to learn and have fun. In todays world in the real world there is enough violence and crime we don't need or require it in a game for children. True that there is now kids to older adults playing the game but it is primarily for kids, chat is monitored so that no profanity is used or bad language they are very strict with this allowing parents to feel good about their children playing on the site. Now with this thief feature being put in place we are now teaching them the opposite of what the monitors are attempting to do in chat. I think a police station is a good idea to have in the game to teach them how to abide by the law, giving them a job of being a police officer and the responsibilities there in. The site overall having so many games to choose from is great, I love the site. I have issues with children being overly excited to be able to steal from a stranger. My granddaughter who has autism decided to practice the art in the real world and of course got caught and due to her condition they understood and allowed her to go home with her mother without incident. Roblox is great, but I implore you to reconsider what you are allowing in the games, especially the game of adopt me.

Too much hack that roblix cant dectect ruining games and they worried about swearing? Calling someone a F to A to G and banned for swearing, but no these cheating hacker that roblox cant dectect. If i can give negative star, undescrable star would make the review go negative. Cant enjoy a peacful none hacking game roblox cant fix.

I love roblox its the best game i know if i play it every single day and every single hour its just so much fun

I am a parent of two kids I have a daughter that seven her name is Lily and I have a daughter that's 12 and her name is Megan well this Roblox is not safe for kids kids can see inappropriate things kids and search crying over a game and it is just not OK I'll show you guys my seven year olds first avatar and then I'll show you my 12 year olds avatar

If I could go back in time I would not let my kids play Roblox. I don't see any educational value at all to all the people who see it as that. Games hacks occur to trick others into the innocent kids into losing stuff in the games. But worst of all is that actual account hacking (unauthorized access) occurs and is more common than you think where the person can steal your kids name and birthday information, steal their robuc (money) and their inventory from the games. And even worst roblox support sucks. It's like they don't care that people are hacking into their systems or even servers.

My child bought a gift card with $15 of her allowance money. But when she went online to redeem it, it said invalid. The retail store referred me to Roblox customer service, who responded:

"Unfortunately, the code you provided is invalid or already redeemed and we are not able to assist with it further."

Roblox basically stole money from a child.

My son worked hard to earn a $25 Roblox gift card. When he had finally achieved his goal we went to Walgreens and bought the said card. It didn't work. We then took it back to Walgreens. They said this often happened and that we had to contact Roblox directly and that they were used to this problem and would sort it out. We contacted Roblox and it took several emails before they admitted they had sent us a faulty good and that it was missing a number in the code. They gave us the number but it still didn't work. When we asked them what we should try next they said someone had now redeemed the code and we must have leaked it to someone else. We had not. The only people we communicated about the code with was Roblox themselves and only because it was faulty and didn't work. They said they wouldn't reply to us again as it was our fault for buying a faulty card. They then stopped communication. We were left with a very disappointed boy and out of pocket $25. This is possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. They basically stole $25 from us and gave us nothing in return for the money. Quite unbelievable.

My 8 year old son was playing roblox and started playing this strange game called "friend hangout" in the game, there was this imbecile, her name on roblox was abby_blox356. She kept of harassing my child and kept on insulting him because he had no "corblocks" or "stitched face". This made my child go into TEARS after seeing what this lady was telling my son. Then, she told my son to "mic up" which I had no idea what it meant so she said "add me on dc" and sent a weird username and tag. The username and tag was "AngiefbI#1937" I never knew what that meant. If someone knows what this means, please contact me via this message. When my son went to go play with his friends outside, I went on his account and started to have an argument with this "abby_blox356" person. She started to mess around and trying to get me mad. I bursted with anger and I called a moderator from Roblox themselves and requested a ban. Please, if any of you are reading this, go on roblox.com > search > abby_blox356 > Report Abuse > Innapropriate Language > and state the following: This user has attacked this poor kid named Julius and this needs to be taken into action. Thank you everyone.

For pricing of the digital items, it's terrible. However, the experience of it is great if you know your kind of game. If you don't want your child interacting with others without calling them, there is a way to turn chat off.

I get ban for other people say bad stuff to me and they don't get ban like Roblox. Worst game ever would not recommend. For children

I wrote a long detailed message to support explaining that my son had made an error on his account and I needed it rectified. They responded by sending me the exact text that was already available on the website and irrelevant to my request. I replied explaining that their response was not helpful at all and they wrote back to refer me back to the text and closed the ticket. I don't believe it even reached a real person.

The roblox is a great game but... The community is bad Very many slenders and toxic (never meet 1 atleast) The games can be boring but you can just change to other one to get fun. I have been playing Roblox for 6 years, and has been a great experience. You can make online friends and games via Roblox Studio, the app where you build your games. However, the reason why I gave this four stars is because some users take Roblox to the "next" level by making inappropriate stuff. The app and the actual website is quite misleading since the app looks a lot more different than the website, but I understand. You can find both versions, app and website by going to www.roblox.com and signing up for an account, or logging in to your account, and downloading the Roblox downloader. There is a mobile version too, looks similar to the app for desktop. People also get mad over the customer service since they get an automated message saying, "** Important ** We are currently receiving a high volume of tickets at this time." I mean, come on, it's just a reminder telling you to wait since there are many tickets and that sort of junk. I had my account hacked 2 years ago, and a staff member named Gerald reached out to me, told me to reset my password, and got my account back. Roblox $#*!ing sucks they need to $#*!ing fix their stupid $#*! servers and then $#*!ing make it so i wont crash. I have a $#*!ing geforce rtx pc with 64 gb ram and roblox $#*!ing crashes when im in the middle of something. Also their moderation sucks and so does roblox. $#*! you roblox

Do NOT spend any money on roblox if you don't plan on staying vigilant and log in often. I had hundreds stolen with no help because I was deployed and didn't catch it in 30 days

My son has put so much work into dozens of games on Roblox. We spent money on the game, he had a ton of friends, and he streamed his games and played with people who found him on Twitch. He had his account deleted due to false reports of a troll from Twitch. The person made it seem like he wanted to play with him, then made false reports over and over until my son lost his account. I sat and watched the whole thing. I felt so bad because streaming is my son's dream, and people like that guy is ruining it for him. The money we spent on Roblox is gone, all the hours my son put into it, and his favorite streaming material is gone thanks to false reports by one awful Twitch troll. I feel so bad.
