Roblox support is the most god awful support I have ever interacted with. After I had described my issue in FULL detail in my first message, it still took nearly 5 emails that seemed to be written by a bot, as NOT A SINGLE ISSUE they asked me about even RELATED to my issue. I tried to explain that I was UNABLE to use 2FA, yet STILL the agent linked Roblox forum pages that I HAD ALREADY READ. Even after Roblox began emailing me solutions that ACTUALLY related to my issue, it STILL TOOK DAYS TO GET A RESPONSE. The issue still has not been resolved, and I still can't reenable 2FA after I had done it on my own previously. I really need to get my 2FA enabled, as my Roblox Premium is USELESS now without trading. This has taken so long that I just got charged AGAIN and I STILL CANT TRADE. I haven't heard a single good thing about Roblox support and I feel bad for anybody who can't access an account and gets these BOT EMAILS. Roblox really needs to get their stuff together, and actually give some attention to this horrible service.

They charged more than u$40 of my boy 8 years old on their website without my authorization. And they don't to give my money back.

When You purchase sometime extra for real money what doesn't work in game forget about refund given...

Roblox is good. My son who is 69 years old played it and he says its the best game ever. Also, no one asked for your opinion.

First of all this is so bad. How there is a error that does not let me play the game. So this review should be marked as a 1 star. Only if u fix this problem I will keep it as a 1 star.

The mini games inside Roblox itself within "Adopt Me" promised my child that the winner would get 3000 eggs, and that all participants win/lose would recieve 600 eggs each. My daughter came first, and I observed this myself, and she only got 450 eggs. Now this may seem trivial, but it results in a deterioration in the overall game experience, especially when combined with their weekend server inadequacies, poor moderation ( it's like a robot takes complaints then doesn't act, so kids give up reporting exploits, unfair play, glitching,misconduct, cheating etc). Aka pointless!
My daughter manages this by logging out and just playing another online game like Fortnight, Animal Jam, her Nintendo, toys etc.
She's on the verge of closing her VIP account for good. Too frustrating for adults, let alone kids.
And all because of rubbish script errors, server issues and crap moderation. For a game that attracts 40 odd million players a day, and worth 75 million... we expect a lot better than this.
Save yourself and your kids the frustration and having to contend with unhappy kids.

Mostly good and has great games, Some features I do not like are: The new logo,broken union system, weird looking toolbox, but some neutral features like Marketplace, new studio GUI, and etc.

Super fun, even my grandma loves the game! Theres over A MILLION GAMES to play! You may spend some money but you dont have to, it doesnt force it on you like other games. You can play with people all across the world and with friends nearby or far away!

To be Honest I really don't like roblox because when you sign up they dont ask you when you put your birthday for 2013 they just let you go on. And when you want to delete your account it takes forever! Please dont use this game just play Minecraft Instead

I was playing Welcome to Bloxburg and A kid decides to try and humiliate my friend. Me being who I am I defend her. Which ended up getting me banned. The whole situation was one sided(who reported first is who got banned first). No moderators where online so they couldnt check the chat history. Its like a bot runs the Report system. All I did was defend my friend and stick up for them and I Get Banned? I may have said a few mean things back... But who doesnt? My thing that i have an issue with is the fact that It was one sided, when they started it. Nice going Roblox. Real Nice app. (NOT)

The games are fun to play on this platform and it's fun socializing with other players to! But creating ur own games Is difficult! Considering there's kids on this platform that want to be role models to! It's hard even to know coding and the basics of Roblox studio bc you don't know where to start! Tutorials are helpful on what to do but we just copy exactly what the narrator does and you do it mindlessly so u aren't actually learning anything. They recently came out with this ai that can literally create whatever you want without you doing the coding, the ai does all the work for you! But another thing is about thier moderation which is known for being dog water! You can see I got banned for a game pass I created but it doesn't even exist and I tried looking for it but I got banned on my two accs to! So I'm 100% sure I was unfairly striked! So if you could help me see why I got banned it would really help me, but overall the game is fun! Just keep in mind it's known for predetars in this app and just have parental controls for ur children so yeah!

Echoing a lot of the other reviews here - Don't buy the gift cards, don't purchase anything from the Roblox site. If there are any issues, they WILL NOT help you!

My little ones love it I watch what they play and I keep an eye out for really terrible people on there. I also enjoy playing games on there that fit me and my age. 33 but this game has been around for 15 years apparently and still they cant filter out bad co tent or do anything when someone write something terrible. I'm not sure if the company is filled with woke people I'm sure it is. But it doesnt make it right to allow grow adults writing little kids very bad things. Also maybe make it to where a friend can gift another friend. I knownits their way of making more money off people but there are those who cant afford the game cards and especially with how our cou try and economy is right now it's pretty rough. I hope the creators really step up and start protecting the little ones more and banning those who harm with words. But I keep any eye out and I take care of the situation myself. But I also heard from someone who know one of the creators that there are some profile type people working there that are allowing these issues. I see it and it gets worse trust me I'll ask for a reimbursement.

Roblox is the best game for kids! But it might get boring for adults but creators can change settings for their games. You can also make your own game without coding. Also, there are millions of games so there is everything for anyone. But Roblox should filter out bad games.

I want to share my experience with you all. I donated $105 to this game, hoping to enjoy it even more. However, just a week later, for some reason, the genius developers decided to block my account for "unauthorized payment".

Unfortunately, I couldn't do anything about it because my phone was broken. And as if that wasn't enough, shortly after that, the war in Ukraine started, and I had to deal with much more pressing matters than my gaming account.

Now, my kid wants to play the game like before, and I want to restore my account and continue playing too. But the developers don't seem to care about us. They don't respond to our messages, and they don't seem to be interested in resolving the issue.

It's incredibly frustrating and disheartening when developers refuse to engage in a dialogue with their players. We as players invest our time, money, and effort into these games, and we deserve to have our concerns heard and addressed.

As players of this game, I urge you to support us in this matter. We want to have a dialogue with the developers, but they're ignoring us. This behavior is unacceptable, and we deserve better.

Let's band together and show the developers that we won't tolerate this kind of treatment. Our voices matter, and we deserve to be heard. Please join me in demanding better communication and support from the developers of this game.

Roblox is a very fun game where you can join servers of your choice, you can also play with friends. Two great roblox games I recommend you to try are roblox doors and roblox jailbreak. They are both fun and are great for playing, whether is solo or with friends. Would recommend playing roblox! EDIT: The moderation is not the best but everything else is great.
