This is a horrible game/site. Twice now they have stolen money from my child's account just after posting money on her account within 12 hours she was locked out. Obviously we tried "forgot password" and received no email for changing password (yes our email was attached to the account) I have reached out to Roblox on several platforms with NO RESPONSE. We will never be on this game again and parents please be aware as I have spoke with other parents who have voiced the same issue. Don't allow them to steal your money.

The games that kids play on this platform are fraught with scams and cheats and Roblox continues to take no responsibility for their action sayin, "reach out to the developer". When Roblox takes the parents money for Robux and kids (my daughter is 9) who use them gets scammed, that is Roblox's responsibility to make sure children are not taken advantage of. They hide behind their "terms of use" which states that we agree not to take them to court when we purchase the Robux. Let it be known that Roblox allows this kind of behavior and will not remedy anything.

I was scammed by a player on adopt me. Hé scammed 4 legendary fly ride pets (robux) 1 off the pets my frost dragon was more than 800 robux en because hè was neon it was 4 times more dan 800 robux. The frost dragon was also fly and ride en that costed me also robux. After i was scammed i gave the support team the name of the scammer. I am more than a year a customer of Roblox and spend more than 500 euro's. And tje support team from adopt me and Roblox wont give me my pets back and the scammer is still active on Roblox

Greetings parents who might not know about the site, if your child requests to play the "Roblox" game, BURN THEM IN THE STAKE. THEY ARE WITCHES. DIE. Why you may ask, well my -1 year old got this game and he asked if I could give him 1000$, I said yes, because I want my child to get schoolbooks, BUT WHAD'YA KNOW. They very next day, I got a notification saying that I spent 1000$ on roadblocks. I WAS ENRAGED. I called my son because I couldn't get off my couch and he came over. He said, "whats $#*!ing popping dear mother of mine," and I said "you spent 1000$ on roadblocks" he said, "lol no," and i said, "ok, you didn't make that purchase, thats good. I''l report it to the roadblocks team and ask for a refund."

Next Day arrives and I contact roadblocks, They told me I could delete the account and get 1000$ or I could let my son be with 1000$ on his roadblocks account. I told them I want my 1k back now. And they said, "no u." I was so confused, I thought it was child slang for I'll give you 1k back. I asked and then he said. "no u give me 1k."

If your child gets exposed to 18+ content it's not Roblox's fault. It's yours because you didn't do enough research to see if you could block those sort of games in the settings. And if you get hacked, you must have done something to make that happen such as; Falling for a free robux scam or free pet adopt me scam, told someone you just met your password. And if you see that your child spent $100+ on Roblox or something, it's your faults, parents. Because YOU left them unsupervised with something they can purchase with things with ease.

I think Roblox is great! (1 star to attract haters) You notice that all these people that are extremely mad at it don't even know how to spell Roblox! Yeah, it's because they did no research, they obviously don't know much about it. Also, if Roblox is really that bad and you care for your children, why did ya CUSS! They just seriously don't know how to work it. Yeah, there are some children who are taking money and yeah there's no way it is an accident. Face it. Plus if you seriously knew how to work Roblox, you would know there was a way to stop comments, look, issue gone!

I lost a gift $50 giftcard right after purchasing. I immediately contacted customer care but was repeatedly told that they can't help unless I send a photo of the front and back of the giftcard. I sent all info such as the store, date and time, image of receipt and all info provided by the store. And still refused to help without image of actual giftcard. I kept telling them that if I was able to take a picture of the giftcard, it would not be lost and there would not be any issue. Very dissatisfied.

So roblox is an online game where players meet and greet and it is pretty fun. But also to let you know that scammers and hackers are everywhere some are tricking people for Robux and some crap like that. They say confirm your acount so when you put your account in well guess what?! The scammers become hackers and hack your acccount it is like they STAB YOU IN THE HEART AND BLOOD IS EVERYWHER OH MY GOD WHY?! But no blood or gore or anything so it is perfectly fine, but be careful your account may be hacked.

Hello! I am a 2017 player, here are my experiences in Roblox and some things to let you know before playing.
1. Roblox has a bad customer service
Back in 2009 there were 5 million accounts, moderation was easy and customer service was fast. But in 2020, close to 2 billion accounts, Roblox now takes at least 1-2 weeks to reply you. At first it may seem Long to you, but you have to understand that Roblox only has a few hundred workers and millions of people to deal with, so please do not complain about customer service.
2. Roblox is not a pay to win game
You might have heard from friends that Roblox requires you to pay money for in game currency to unlock the full features in Roblox. But did you know that the games within Roblox does not cost money? And you can grind for items and sell it for money? That's a good investment right? Imagine spending time having fun and you sell your stuff for money. That a good way to have fun and earn some free pocket money for yourself?
You could even build your own games and sell items for in game currencies and trade it for real life money, who knew that with creativity you can earn cash for your personal use? A popular developer in Roblox earns thousands a months.
3. Roblox sure is greedy.
Most stuff in Roblox cost in game currencies and you have to pay money for it. But if you follow my steps and be a successful developer you can just about purchase anything in Roblox.

Last week I walked into my son playing roblox. The game he was playing is called Attack on titan last breath. He was playing with his friends. Which i do not know the names of, But when i read chat they were bypassing the roblox filter. One of them said "Beat the titan and suck his balls!" Also another person said " Kill the titan are you're gay!" I do not remember the usernames of these people. But, i do know that my son has fully transformed into a gay person! Not to mention the fact that i caught my son watching GAY PORN! When i saw that i pushed him off but then HE STARTED TO MASTERBATE saying "I like gay porn" over and over. So, Parents if you do not want your kid to be like my one DONT LET HIM PLAY ROBLOX!
