There is no phone number or live chat to deal with any issue. You have to email them and they have never resolved any of my issues. There are no refunds even for blatant mistakes on their part and they are completely unapologetic. I would never do business with them after experience number one BUT my 8 year old and his best friends are hooked and enjoy the game. As a parent I have to deal when things go wrong and could not be a worse experience.

I love roblox with all of my heart but. Their is a few problems for first PRICES im a kid myself but the prices are way to high for parents to buy robux so its bald for people to assume in roblox that they can make fun of noobs as a advantage because they are noobs its most CERTAINLY unfair for all of the new players and makes the experience horrible for newcomers to the game. Secondly Hackers, the amount of hackers is unreal same with bots they promote going to virus and scam sites to take advanatge of young children such as 6-10, the hackers can take over their accounts, and make rude content disobeying the roblox rules. Roblox devs dont moderate bots in games dont fix issues and less likely to get your roblox account back from getting hacked, roblox is a fun communicational game and can spread positive messages, even with these problems i still suggest roblox.

I give this game a 2 out of stars, because it's not fun to play anymore. They are also are bad at moderating games/ players. I am sUPER sick of scams going on the website. Its also expensive. People are bullying noobs. Please fix this game. And Im NOT coming back to this game never again. I am sick of tired of this,

I had 2 accounts i was a noob i know bc it was this scammer on roblox who told me to complete this obby and i will get free roblux i did then they ask for my user and password next thing you know i was logged out and hacked i cried for days and now my other account got hacked for no reason at all and i tried to get it back roblox wouldnt give it so i still play its a good game but you need to get rid of hackers and exploiters so for that you guys get 2 stars intill you fix that

The games on it are great the community is great and if somebody is annoying or bullying you, you can just block them.
Overall Roblox has kind of fallen a little bit but not much.
And all the inappropriate stuff like (sex, gore, satanic) stuff gets banned fast.
With many games like (Jailbreak, Phantom Forces, Meep City, Liberty County) there all great games.
And if there is a problem with the game like a bug your can just report it to the developer.
This gets a 5 stars from me excellent

I like the game It's great but there's 1 problem I have with the game Creating things on my tablet I can only do it on my computer but if I want to upload an image I mostly have to go to my tablet but it won't let me it says that you can do it on all devices in the roblox creation Aria but it says it's only for PCS and mac devices or something I have an amazon tablet So I think you should allow me to Create stuff on my tablet in roblox Cause that's the only thing I know how to function to get images but Roblox might not read this but if they do please do I just wanna Advertise my game
