Scram

Robinhood trading site is a scram. They steal from investors. They kept on blocking me from selling options and then would not show on the margin with the actual progression of the trade. Lies about their site. I would never recommend their business to anyone. Have the decency to run a clean business.

About 3 years ago i put 1,000 into Robinhood and used the service to add 3,000 more over time. Upon downloading new app which Robinhood asked me to do, my account went to zero. No way to reach any life person. Try calling their phone number. Email help is no help. Would not recommend. Finally got 4k out by using old software and old password in different computer. UNSAFE...

I sold my stock on the 11th of June. The funds were not available for withdrawal until the 15th of June and now I have to wait "several days for the transfer into my bank account to be completed. Yet they took my funds in less than 5 minutes. Stay away! It may not be a scam but it's designed to keep your money not return it.

YOU CANT CONTACT THEM AT ALL UNLESS YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT. I HAVE A RELATIVE WHO DECEASED AND THEY ARE WITHDRAWING 10K INTO A NEW ROBINHOOD ACCOUNT FROM HIS BANK AND THERE IS NO FRAUD DEPARTMENT OR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER.

Been trying to get my money out of my account for almost a week now. I first withdrew 1000 bucks a little over a week ago with no problems. I then tried to withdrawal all the funds in my robionhood account to the same bank account i funded it with... this time i get an error. I contact customer support and they send a generic answer telling me i need to send the funds to a bank i funded the account with... I did that. Now they want me to take pictures of my drivers license and bank account statements before they'll send me a dime. Its been two days and now they closed the support ticket before i could send them the pictures. Going to have to start all over. These people are absolute garbage. GO TO TD AMERITRADE INSTEAD!

I would take all your money out of Robinhood as soon as Possible! Class Action Lawsuit has been Filed for App Malfunctions and Excessive Charges and Fees! They will go Bankrupt and you will Lose All Your Money! Google It! They are not FDIC Insured. You will Lose Everything!

This past Sunday I noticed $750 loss in my account. I saw a reverse split had occurred but that only accounted for $50, not $750. I screenshot the loss and submitted an email to Robinhood to investigate this matter and to send me any proof showing where the loss occurred. I was unable to find the loss among my stocks. Monday I received an email back only speaking to the reverse splits on my account the past year and they ignored my request about the $750. I resent an email again asking about the $750 loss only to hear back the same type of email response about the reverse splits. I finally emailed back and said I would be contacting my lawyer if they could not provide me with documentation showing where the loss occurred. They emailed me an excel document that can be easily tampered with and it was not on the date of the loss. Robinhood is purposely avoiding the issue and avoiding showing me the proof of where the $750 loss occurred which makes me believe they in fact stole my money and are hoping I either wouldnt notice the loss or id just accept their response. This is unacceptable behavior especially during these economic times to be stealing from their clients. I have reached out to an attorney to now handle this situation and once my funds are settled I will be closing my account with Robinhood. It is in my opinion that they have stolen my money and I am not the first or last person to have this happen. They cater to new investors who do not really know the stock business well and we are easy marks for things like this. Its disgusting behavior and I am hoping my attorney finds proof of misconduct and shuts them down.

Was never paid value for stock paid. 024,100 shares sold stock only received. 033 a share, but at the time stock was valued@ $ 9.20 share. Still no response from support center.

This is by far the worst platform you can have for trading. It takes them a week to get the money out of your account and then another week to put it back in your account horrible.go to ustocktrade you can daytrade.

They deserve ZERO stars. Worst platform ever. Dont waste your time or money. Glitchy system time after time. This is my 3rd year with the company thinking it would turn around. Im switching to TD and i think its the best decision of my life. The robinhood financial application again says i have lost my 2,375 shares. I legally still have those shares so what happened to them? Says stock is currently untradable. HA! What a joke. I sent several emails because guess what this shister of a company doesnt have phone support. Still no response months later. Obviously contacted securities lawyers. This has been going on for years. The villain has to be stopped!

At first it was great. But i wouldn't waste your time with them. First clue would be that they dont have a customer service # to call its all thru email. That right! So if you have an issue you have to wait up to 5 business days for response. So many glitchy transactions that they claim have been fixed. And now they wont let me withdraw my money. ITS MY MONEY! Worst company ever. Currently seeking attorney.

Because of several outages with Robinhood app/ webapp, I have lost close to $3000 dollars. One example, on Monday March 9th stocks dropped sharply. I had preexisting orders to buy some options on Sunday evening. I tried cancelling them on Sunday night and on Monday morning before the market opened and because of robinhood outage I wasn't able to. The trade executed and the options worth $1000 were purchased for $2500. I had to sell them for a loss. I am super frustrated and have reached to robinhood multiple times but zero response. I will be looking for a lawyer to address this. Obviously, I pulled out all my money from Robinhood.

Every business success is their customer service management. They have none. They have no one to talk to, nowhere to escalate an issue to. They restricted my account because the bank said payment was reverse. Okay, I told them charge your fees let's move on. But they've insisted on wasting my time for several weeks. Asking for a bank statement that was not yet available. Once I finally submitted all the documents they required. They still came up with some bad faith customer service. I really see them losing half of their customers because of reps like" Alan ". I am fuming but they have the monopole of free platforms. They do not perform an analysis of the people complaint. March 2nd and 3rd 2020 robinhood has been down I will NEVER recommend anyone using this app to trade... you literally stopped from buy and selling trades and will not be compensated for loss money. Read the fine print on page 15 its should state everything about class class actions smfh

I was Involved in the horrific crash of this app where people lost alot of money because it locked up for a day. Millions of users adversely affected. You sign a waiver, so they have no consequences. Not a good way to do business. This company has ripped off alot of people for 2 days in a row
