I orders 2 items & never received it my order statues still the same hasn't been set or nothing don't order from them it's a scam
I never received my merchandise! I ordered a swimsuit In the middle of Feb. And it still has not arrived to this day. Then I tried to send an email to customer service and it says the email address does not exist!
I ordered 3 items from this site all in XL a jumpsuit, a dress and a two piece pants set and the only thing that fit was the jumpsuit. I just could not b bothered to return them, I will just give them to family members. Shipment took 4 weeks
I never received my order shipping information still states the Same thing. They won't refund what I spent. Customer satisfaction isn't a priority of them. Please do not order anything from this site. If I can do a zero for overall rating I would be selecting that
Roaso is A SCAM! BEWARE! I ordered an outfit from them, the outfit never came. They said they had an incorrect address and package was sent back. BULL... I ask for them to send back the package. Even though the tracking said package was sent back. The email said they did not receive package BUT will refund me $5? WHAT? You decide to just keep my money! BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM SITE...
Not one to buy dresses off of online sites but was not disappointed. The dress was really well made and fit perfectly for a custom made dress. Very fast email responses and very helpful with all questions asked.
DONT EVER ORDER FROM THERE I GOT JEANS WITH NO HOLE TO BUTTON THEY TOLD ME TO PAY $30 SHIPPING TO SEND BACK OR TAKE TO A TAILOR. THEN AN ITEM I HAD WAS ON BACK ORDER I SAID SINCE ITS TAKING SO LONG CANCEL IT AND REFUND ME. 3 DAYS LATER THEY TELL ME THEY SHIPPED IT THAT MORNING AND I CAN PAY TO SEND IT BACK. THEY CAN'T EVEN SPELL I DONT KNOW WHERE THEY COME FROM BUT DONT DO IT. I'M CURRENTLY DISPUTING IT WITH PAYPAL.
I purchased Roaso Spaghetti Strap Black Prom Mini Dress for my prom night.The quality of dress was excellent every one loved my dress even their prices are so reasonable and affordable i will surely purchased more dresses soon Roaso 5 star for this company!
I purchased the Roaso High Waist Button Solid Denim Shorts and the Roaso Round Neck Backless Sheath Print Dress. It was really worth paying for. Not only that the products were just as described. The quality of cloth was really good, and the price was reasonable too. I am glad I made a purchase from this site, next I will get the bikini from here.
They advertise the clothing with shapely women, but the sizes are off by at least 2 U.S. sizes, therefore unless you are a size 5/6 maybe 7/8 slim person, you may as well look say nice but keep it moving. Then i wrote an email to return the to small items b/c of false advertisement in sizes and models, and i was told "cant you give to someone who can fit it, b/c it wont be worth the money to return. And if u return after you pay for postage, we will deduct custom fees." Well i guess its not worth returning when u can get 5 outfits under $100. Dont order from this site unless you are 5/6 or highest 7/8 slim and under. Slim means straight body now curves!
Thank you to everyone who wrote an honest review. I just gave birth to my daughter on November 22nd and I have been using this site as inspiration to get back to my actual size before given birth. There was an outfit on here that I just loved and I've been working out hard as a reward for myself for when I lose the weight. Thank you all for helping me not make a mistake and order from this site. I hate it because I really loved that suit.
I ordered 4 outfits that came out to $84 and change on 2/23/17 and its march 12 i still didn't receive my merchandise yet! Im sooooo $#*!ing maaaad! I had 2 events2go2 expecting to wear my $#*! and aint get it yet! I want my money back im not $#*!ing playing

I PLACED AN ORDER ON JANUARY 30TH 2017 AND THE PACKAGE ARRIVED ON 2/27/17. THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE LOOKED GREAT, THE MATERIAL LOOK VERY NICE AS WELL. TOTAL OPPOSITE OF WHAT WAS DELIVERED. THE CLOTHING IS SUPER CHEAP MATERIAL, I MEAN I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. HOWEVER THE WEBSITE IS VERY MISLEADING. I ordered 1 outfit from Roaso and it was never delivered to me. When I tried to email them about my issue I received an email stating the email does not exist!

I bought a pair of trouser here last year and received exactly what I needed. I had to order for a red gown for myself... call it val gift to myself and like always, they came through. The gown looks effortlessly amazing. It was the right size and perfect for my height.
