I hv been waiting for order over 3 weeks that they say was shipped and not received yet so I will put a dispute on my credit card to see if I can get my $$ back
They have one of the best online customer service with quick reply. The jumpsuit was exactly the way it was described online. I will give them a 5star for the quick delivery and product quality. Thanks for the delivery. I totally recommend them for others in need of online purchase.
I ordered from Roaso and used their size chart and sizes are incorrect. I had to try 3 different email addresses to contact them. I was advised to keep my ordered and try to sell it to some one else or get a store credit. I explained I did not choose either options. I got sent the same exact email days later with none of my complaints addressed. I have not heard from them sense. The pieces I ordered are ok, but the material is very cheap. I will not order from them again.
I made an order on 11/14 and still have not received it til this day. All my emails were returned back to me so I inboxed them on facebook. I screenshot my order and the current shipping status and it never made it to the USA.
Great customer service. I am fully satisfied. I would recommend to all of my friends about the online market place.
It took almost 1 month 1/2 for three shirts! One shirt was too small, the metchandise was not packaged appropriately and their straight BS. I had to contact PayPal in order to get a response from them, and they asked me for more invoice # along with misspelled words in the email. Very unprofessional! I rate them a -10.5 & most of the people who response are positive are full of it too! Probably are not legitimate people either! Never again $#*!s!
Roaso provided great clothes for me to wear. Their customer service was extremely professional and quick to respond when I needed. I'm looking forward putting my fashion into their hands again!

Roaso was prepared for the holiday. It's may first time shopping on this site even though I am a frequent online buyer. I wanted to try them out and see how they are coming up. They are trying. The fashion cloths are also unique. The kind will find with celebrities. Keep up guys and source for most unique fashion. Thank you so much.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! It is a scam! Dont let those good reviews fool you, those are just people who are paid by them to give good ones. They are horrible. Its been a month in a half and i still havent received my items. I emailed them and kept getting the same automated message back everytime. They sent me some bogus tracking number that kept saying my package was in China. Save the disappointment!
Ordered from this website because they have great prices, but I can add that the quality of their clothes is great and their customer service is good. I placed my order and the next day I already had an email from them to say they didn't have stock of 1 item and wanted to know if I was happy to wait for it to arrive or if I wanted to change it to something else before they ship the rest of my order! I changed for this jumpsuit and it amazed me. And i got many compliment on this jumpsuit.
The price is low and in good quality. I like this colour. But the jumpsuit is a little small for me. Thanks you very much.
I bought a size XL dress. Firstly it did not fit, it was more like XXS than XL. Secondly it was nothing like they advertised, the color was different and material did not stretch like they said it would. Thirdly i got it after a month when they had said 7days. Ill never buy from the site again.
Love shopping at roaso.com. I've been shopping with roaso for over a year now. Good quality, arrives fast, super cool stuff for a very good price. Will be shopping again.
I was also deceived. Lost my money on this site, ordering their clothing. Never received order. Too bad, I really loved the clothes.
People this company is not even located in America. Its located in China. The clothes are cheap looking and not even the same ones from the picture. They claim that if items is returned then we would have to pay a custom fee which will most likely eat up most of your money or all of it. And don't forget you would still have to pay for mailing. Their only solution is to offer a "15% coupon code", but who in their right mind would buy anything from this place twice? Stick to companies in America or at least, the ones in out HEMISPHERE. They shouldn't even be allowed to sell anything here!
I spent almost 40 dollars on this site and NEVER recieved my items. I emailed this company about 15 TIMES! They pretend to be nice, and give me the most ridiculous excuses about why i can't get a refund! Don't trust this site they are scammers!
I order two dresses only received one. It was nothing like the picture. I tried to contact them about my other one. But No way you can.
I'm so angry and ticked off. I left a previous review on their website saying everything was great fast shipping, decent material and great customer service... WELL NOT THIS TIME! As I previously posted I reordered a different but very similar dress in a different size because first dress did not fit. I paid the extra $10 again to have the shipment arrive quicker. As of the 13th of September when I actually placed the re order I have yet to recieved any email that my order has been at least shipped. To make matters worse the very helpful customer service that was there the first time, IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND! I I've tried live chat and I'm constantly asked to leave email and someone will get back to me within 24hrs. I've left detailed messages practically every day and no one has contacted me as of yet. I don't know if I was spoiled by the first order or what, but I do know that the site says expedited shopping takes 5 days all together including processing and shipping. This is ridiculous because I was duped into falling for this website and now I have have to worry and stress that I won't get my dress in time for my baby shower. Now I feel dumb. Just another scam website. Ugghhh
