Ordered a 2 piece outfit and a dress. The dress was the size of an elementary students and it had a hole in it. I didnt get the 2 piece outfit at all but they sent some polyester Ice Cube shirt dress that my 5 year old niece can fit that I didnt order.
Now all the emails are bouncing back.
Do not order from these folks!
They never send your items, neither do they reply to your emails. It's obviously a scam and needs to be looked into. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! It's a waste of time. It's really wrong ppl work hard for their money &' they are only scamming hard working people. Just don't order here at all.

I have not yet ordered from this site, but just reading all the reviews I most def will not order form them at all. For one the positive reviews are all from males? As well as looking at the items on the site all the models are different in every pic, on more legit sites they use all the same models to advertise their clothes. ( pay attention) So im thinking they are getting people pics from social media, or other sites, advertising the clothes, and then attempting to make a similar copy, which is why most of the reviews state the material are not the same as they advertised or even suspected.

I honestly thought this was a legit site. I ordered two outfits a month and a half ago and still haven't received them. I have all so emailed them several times. Each response has taken over a week to answer and they gave me no info about tracking my items. Do not order anything from this site
I ordered my dress on December 11 and didn't get it until January 26! At first I'd saw a few positive reviews so I bought the dress, but afterwards I saw all of the real reviews and I was just livid. So here I am today, I open the package and I can already tell it's not the right material. I slip it on and it's basically an ugly sundress... this is 100% not what i paid for. Also, when I attempted to contact customer service (through email since there's not a number to contact them at) I was very rudely told I need to be wait for my package to arrive. Lastly the quality is really cheap and just not worth my money. SO DONT ORDER FOM ROASO!
These people have taken my money and I don't even know if I am going to get the merchandise. I got sucked into this. Hopefully I WILL get it, and I will NEVER even visit the website again!

I was recommended to try swim suits and tops from Roaso by a friend of mine who sounded like a really satisfied customer. Based on her recommendations i orders swim suits and some other stuff. I was impressed by the variety of products available on their online store. Products arrived at my home quite quickly beating my expectation and i was really happy to find all products right according to my selection. The website says 6-10 days for shipping. I order an outfit december 13th and its now january 13th. Customer service is disgusting! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE. NEVER. They don't even deserve 1 star... thats too $#*!ing high.
I placed an order for an outfit for NYE at the end of November. The website stated I would receive my order in 6-10 days. I did not receive my order until January 5th! I emailed customer support several times and received the same response "wait a few more days". Needless to say, I had to spend more money on something to wear for NYE. Because the company is located in China, you'll have to pay the Customs Fee to return. You'll spend the same amount you paid for shipping to return the item. When opened the package, the clothes were a total knock off of what I thought I ordered. Very cheap and trashy looking merchandise. Keep your money in your pocket or spend your money elsewhere!

The company took a week and a half to give me a tracking number! The jumpsuit was nothing like the photo, the material was EXTRA CHEAP, and it took a month to receive my order! I will NEVER and I mean NEVER order anything from this company again!
