I HAD THE WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS VENDOR! When the item I purchased arrived I was appalled by what was sent to me! IT WAS NOTHING LIKE THE ITEM THE VENDOR ADVERTISED! IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE & FABRIC! When I tried to get a return address and/or label from the company, I was offered a discount on my next purchased! I declined the offer and again requested a return label. I never got another response.

I called Paypal who was not helpful AT ALL! They requested for me to send the items back to the vendor and pay shipment out of my pocket! The cost to ship to China was $35.00 and my purchase was $55.00! SMH This was an insult! I told Paypal that this vendor was a scam.

I asked why do they continue to be the middle man, taking money from people for this SCAM ARTIST. The Paypal Rep said as long as the vendor made more money than was refunded, Paypal see's this vendor as an asset to their company. She said Paypal will not terminate doing business with them!

I have decided to consider this a bought lesson and do my best to inform others! Hopefully I can help someone else avoid going through this! HOWEVER I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS VENDOR AGAIN! ALSO PAYPAL WILL NEVER GET ANY OF MY BUSINESS EITHER!

I never received my clothing. I spent $50 on 2 matching sets and even paid an extra $10 for expedited shipping and my $#*! still not here. I emailed the company only to find out that there tech support email isn't even real, after I emailed them I ironically received a tracking number. My tracking number stated that my package was delivered the day before, however I've been home all day and haven't received anything. This website is some bull$#*!, do not purchase anything from here, for it is a scam! If I could give them negative stars I would!

I'm really upset these idiots are playing a dangerous game with people money, they haven't sent me no email conformation for my order almost a whole week now it doesn't take that long for a conformation email for a order I hope that they get what's coming to them jerks! God see everything, everything! We need to sign an petition against them idiots! And cause someone to react! Them people wrong and they need to get got like they gettin other people!

This is the worst site the clothes do not look the same as on site. They will steal your$ an claim they sent there fraudulent clothes. They see all the bad reviews so they posted fake ones.Don't believe there is nothing to like on this site... It will not look the same if u ever receive. They stop returning emails only cause they no you can't contact them. Then want to give a voucher I want my f%&$ money back. I want nothing from this fradulant site. I advise everyone who got got from them to report them to BBB also find away to have them shut down. I'm pissed they can jus say they sent something n my dumb $#*! bank don't value me as a customer cause they just let these fools take. Smh I'm so pissed they think just because there in China they can get away with stealing from customers... This site is wack, fraudulent, not honest n need to be stopped.

I ordered three items from Roaso; a medium one piece bathing suit, a two piece suit and a dress. The items arrived very quickly but there were only two of the pieces I've ordered and now the dress is no longer on the site. The medium one piece is so tiny, it like an XXS and with the L two piece, only the top fits and the bottom is like a Small. I've contacted customer service regarding the missing item and have yet to get a reply. I would not order from here ever again.

This is the worst site I've ever ordered from, I spent $124 on there and an EXTRA $10 for express shipping which suppose to be 3-5 days. I never received a shipping confirmation or tracking number and on the site my order still apprears as unfulfilled. I contacted the seller and they said they would send the items that were in stock; I don't understand why they would even let me purchase something that wasn't in stock. Needless to say I requested a refund and got my money back!

I purchased a dress from this site back in November for 26.80, I have sent the item back in December, and the merchant stop responding. Not only did they not refund my money, but I spent 15.00 to ship the item back because they refused to pay for shipping. When you buy items from overseas be very careful because you are unable to track your item when it gets past customs, and this is something that they are aware of. The dress that they sent to me stunk really bad and looked like a superwoman costume! Do not purchase from these people!

Roaso seem to have taken fashion to a whole new level with their classic and elegant clothing. To be frank, I am a fashion enthusiast and I don't think that I have found a better supplier. For that reason, I will stick with them. I placed an order and received the exact dress I had ordered. You should see me in the dress - it fits perfectly and I just cannot seem to get enough of it. I am not used to writing reviews but I couldn't help myself on this one. You too should never look elsewhere for your fashion needs.

I think this company is the best company among all those who have Party wear dress. I purchased their hRoaso Sleeveless Falbala Design White Prom Dress for my self. Best thing about this product is its color, it matches perfectly with the image they shown on their site and advertisement and that's the main thing which I need. I recommend it to all others... Such an awesome Dress, properly stitched, High quality fabric is used and I must say that all those who are worried about party wear dress selection and want to look gorgeous in party or any event must try dress of this company and its not to worry about late delivery as it will deliver with in the time given by the company.

So I bought clothes from Roaso, which I advise you to please don't. I did it under the intention to leave a review under one of their Facebook post and also I needed an outfit for my birthday. Now the order can late, 6-10 working days. Try more like 13-20 business day. Then the clothes is made of some spandex, polyester material nothing they have is cotton. And I ordered a dress and jogger suit. Mind you it looks like the picture but it is Chinese material crap. Try getting in contact with customer services and they tell me some b. S. that I have to cover shipping which is like $30 to go back to China! $#*!! Funny part is they blocked me on Facebook so I was not able to comment on their post or post on their wall so that's why I am here.
