Hi Team, I recently placed a $700+ order that included a pair of gloves. Since glove sizing can vary, I wasn't surprised when the pair I received didn't fit. What was disappointing, however, was being charged $10 to return them. For a company like Revzilla, which prides itself on customer service, charging for returns on items with inherent sizing challenges feels unfair—especially on large orders where free shipping was already provided. Customers shouldn't be penalized for sizing issues that are unavoidable when shopping online. I strongly encourage Revzilla to offer free returns in these situations to better support your customers and maintain trust in your service.

Excellent customer service with all the people I've talked to over the during the years that I have done business with them - I have zero complaints.

The 1st set would not fit, had to send back... reordered another set and they are good.

RevZilla had great service. Seriously easy and fast. My jacket didn't fit, but RevZilla made it as easy as possible to return.
Only suggestion, allow returns to Cycle Gear stores. Better hours and who knows? Maybe I'd buy something while I'm there.

I ordered a riding jacket and riding pants. They were the wrong size and I had to size up. Although they don't do exchanges, Billy helped me get set up with my return very quickly. I was able to box up everything and ship it back to them with no hassle.

I purchased the chain saw mount for my dirt bike (Husqvarna TE 250I), it came with instructions, all the proper hardware, and was a perfect fit.

The revit jeans fit and look good. They are a bit heavy for casual wear but seem well made.
My only issue was fedex shipping. Due to a 4 day delay they came late with no updates as to when they would arrive.

I tried the recommended size, it did not work as I have wide hips but returns were easy and I have a pair that fits well now! And the color and style looks great.
