It was a quick exchange. Gloves arrived with a hole in them, waiting to hear back in regards to return or refund (returns cost YOU $10 minimum)
Ordered helmet April 25 with $21.00 2-Day Shipping. Helmet not picked and shipped by RevZilla until May 4 (nine days). Order arrived, after weekend, on May 8. Total of about 14 days. Don't think I'll pay the extra shipping in the future. Will still buy from RevZilla.
THE COAT ARRIVE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE SIZE IS A LITTLE SMALLER THAN EXPECTED CONSIDERING I ORDERED UP A SIZE. THE FABRIC HAS STRINGS COMING LOOSE ON DIFFERENT AREAS OF JACKET.
