I purchased a Shoei Hornet X2 after a nauseating amount of research between that and the Arai XD- 4. I've typically purchased HJC helmets, they've been decent for me. I've recently switched from a cruiser style bike to a dual sport. I needed something full face, and I wanted something that would be quiet. I'm a medium in both of the HJC helmets I owned, and I'm also a medium in the Shoei Hornet X2.

It is true, your ears can take a beating putting this helmet on. I've found that moving the lower padding with your thumbs, then placing the helmet in reverse of how they say to take it off helps (back of the helmet first, then the front down). The cheek pads were a bit tight for the first few hours, they feel great after riding with the helmet for about a week.

During the purchase I had a 10% coupon, but the error message I received was the code was invalid, or was not compatible, or a similar word. It took some research to find that Shoei and Joe Rocket could not receive any promotions or discounts. It would have been nice to have that in the error message at check out. For example: "There's a Shoei product in your cart that will not work with your coupon code".

First time ordering with Revzilla and I will for sure do it again! I was very happy to receive my order so quick! Great job!

Always have a great shopping experience buying from revzilla. Never have any issues and if I didn't their customer service is great as well.

Products have been what was described from a features stand point, but not a status/new-ness standpoint.

Seems like a lot of people purchase and return RevZilla items as a way to try them on, or test on their bike etc. and RevZilla takes the returns which is great. That does mean that when you are buying a new item like an expensive helmet or other gear you don't know how many times it's been shipped back and forth across the country and tried on by any number of people or dropped while unpacking. I think it would be more reasonable to sell these items as open box and not at full price. Disappointed in receiving a clearly open box / Returned helmet and not getting a partial credit refunded.

Ordered a number of goodies. A new shield/pinlock for my Scorpion helmet, as well as an icon riding shacket. All came quick, well packed, and as expected.

I buy from Revzilla regularly due to price, selection, and fast shipping with rpm. The discounts add up and anything helps. I've never had a shipping issue or needed to return something but it's a site a trust if I ever did have a problem.

Easy to find items for my bike! I like checking the print before I buy.

These were small components, but they are what was advertised within the delivery time expected.

Easy peasy. Fit fine on the open. Walking will take some acclimation. Look great. The ratchet straps do slip very easily….not a good thing.

I have always had good experiences shopping with RevZilla. Would give 5 stars if RevZilla would use any shipping method that didn't involve USPS.usps is like flipping a coin on if you will get your package or not and it's also a 50/50 wether they will deliver it to my address or not. This time my package went back and forth from Memphis to Little Rock a few time before finally making it. I will definitely pick a different delivery method the next time.hopefully usps will go under soon and it won't be a problem anymore

I tried to order a helmet. Received three different stories after sitting on hold for 30 minutes each time to talk to a "representative ". Will never order from RevZilla again. Avoid at all costs. I will also be notifying everyone in the Reiter group, so I'm a part of to avoid RevZilla for any other transactions.
