I needed something more than saddle bags and the Givi B37 was just right for my needs. The installation guide leaves a lot to the imagination if you decide to add bake lights later. Should of purchased the Monolock Top Case with the LED brake lights installed. The case looks like it belongs on my Honda Shadow

The site is easy to visit. The return policy appears to be "fair" with me paying the shipping cost if I decide I don't like the product (e.g., not pleased with material or helmet is wrong size). The helmet I recently purchased was a closeout product (Nolan) and it showed. The chin insert was falling out and a rubber seal around the face shield had dislodged and was hanging down in front of me when I lifted the helmet visor. I felt I paid too much for the helmet at this point but did not want to go through the hassle of returning it and trying to find a different help. The chin insert seems to have snapped back into place and used double-sided mobile phone tape to adhere the rubber seal to the helmet... it appears to be holding after the first few rides. It's not a phenomenal experience but I'm used to receiving this level of quality in today's world. Again, I liked the helmet enough to take it as is... I'm guessing the "closeout" label on the product means it may not have been 100% new... not sure. I'm good with the purchase and I feel comfortable that I could have returned it at no expense if I really pressed the issue.
Good site, found what I wanted. I little worried about buying a helmet online due to the fit not being perfect but I've owned a Nolan before so it should be good.
I was a bit concerned about the check-out process. There's a field for a gift code that gets pre-populated with the user's credit card account number. If you hit apply, it tells you the gift code is invalid but I'm betting that credit card account number just got saved in a log somewhere... the full account number... worrisome.
I was under the impression that I get two day shipping. Took a week.customer service was very unhelpful. If I get this item elsewhere then I'll try that next time.

I ordered an engine cover and gasket. They were shipped separately for some reason. I had to pay the post office $7.10 for them to deliver the gasket because it wasn't shipped properly with the correct postage.
I shouldn't have to pay for poor decisions made by people that don't know how to properly ship or label items.

I asked a question while on your site and received absolutely mo acknowledgement. Revzilla emailed me to ask if I had a good experience and I again noted my bad experience and nothing came of it. Unless I know exactly what product I need I can order it but when I ask for help I get absolutely no help except when I call, which is sometimes not possible. The one good aspect of this bad service is that it gives me the opportunity to educate myself on your competition.
