Found everything I needed.
However hardware was not provided for the Baron H bars that I ordered.

It was a great experience and I would definitely buy from revzilla again

The product came quickly, but there was no visibility of where the product was at. I had no idea it had shipped and neither did customer service when I contacted them about it. That same day it arrived in the mail and had shipped several days earlier. A few days after it had arrived I received an email with the shipping information. Supply chain visibility is important to customers and can disrupt planning without it. Please do better!

Just had to buy the tubes, got the tires on and I am ready to ride! Thank you RevZilla!

Investing into the Rev'it brand I expected product which would wear suitably.
The gloves did not even last 8 months before bursting at a seam.

However, I had great support in the warranty from 'Zilla. Rebuying after a warranty claim... the follow up service has been world class. International shipping options are limited (and expensive), but that is my issue for living in 'biking paradise'...

The replacement Alpine Star gloves re-enlightened me to why I abandoned A-star products before... the sizing and cut can only be designed for aliens or orangutans. Over all would have been better to just take the hit on the originals. Oh well, you live and learn.

Everything seemed easy enough to find and the selection was good. Every item I ordered was in-stock. For some reason, one item had to ship later than everything else. Held up my oil change for a few days. Could have bought that item locally if they would have said something prior to placing the order. Used to the speed of Amazon, so Revzilla seems slow.

Ordered a 10" flare windshield from Klock Werks for my new 2023 Indian Roadmaster Dark Horse. Got here fast and fits perfectly!

Ordered helmet from Revzilla that stated ships with 24 hours. Contacted Revzilla thru chat. Three days I heard the same story that it shipped. I live in Pa where Revzilla is. Story was like the following:Andrew L. 10:37 AM

It's being drop shipped from the supplier directly to you. I can only see that it has shipped, I cannot see the tracking number.

Week later still no helmet. No Tracking number. Will not shop with them again.

I ordered a set of heated grips by oxford and they arrived quickly. The box they arrived in was intact. However, the actual merchandise box was heavily damaged. It appears the insides are intact but I am a bit nervous if they'll work or not.

Ordered rain seat cover. Received wrong one. Was taken care of right away

I received the order in about 4 days but RevZilla continued to show "order received". About 3 days after the shipment was received (day 7 or so) I got an email from RevZilla that it had been shipped.
It came from Parts Unlimited I believe so seems like a computer download from that was missed between the companies. Product is what I wanted so no harm, just a little confusion.

Revzilla has been my go-to website for ordering things for a few years now. Lots of stock, competitive prices, and good customer service.

Most importantly, they are large enough and have good enough logistics that they can facilitate you buying and returning gear that might not fit without punishing you through time or money.

I find it interesting that you are asked to review something before you've received it.
Product took about 10 days to arrive (yesterday) and I haven't installed it yet.

Both were in great condition minus the boxes the helmet came in. Shipping was fast and smooth. Pretty seamless and good quality products!

This is a great helmet and fits better than the Bell helmet I had. I got this helmet for a commuter e-bike. I would like to see RevZilla make accessories for this helmet to allow for bike lights to be attached to it, GoPro, etc.

As usual Revzilla has great products, at a fair price and great customer service. The liners worked great and were very easy to install.
