The two vizors I ordered are excellent - easy to switch out and perfect for my needs. I got the mirror finish and the iridescent - both look and function exactly as needed.

I was initially sceptical of buying riding boots online, but RevZilla really delivered. We purchased a pair of men's TCX Blend 2 WP and a pair of women's TCX Blend WP and they fit just like the sizing chart said. They were also delivered surprisingly fast. Very happy with the purchase and have enjoyed the boots so far!

I ordered the Tail Tidy kit for my bike and it was very easy to install and changed the look of my bike from the bulky plastic to the more clean simple look. Looks great and i love the look of the rear of the bike.

I have used revzilla in the past and have never had a problem with the items they send me. I recently had to return an item because it didn't fit and the return process was seamless and fast. I will continue to use this site in the future for my gear.

Awesome product selection and prices. My only reason for giving 4 stars is fulfillment times. I understand the constraints of fulfillment, but my helmet took 5-6 business days just to ship, then it's another 4 days in the mail.

I ordered a saddlemen step up seat for my Harley sportster and received it within 3 days. The seat was very well packaged and in amazing condition. Not even a dent in the box. Very easy to install and so far very happy with my purchase.

Was easy to order amd fast delivery, but I ordered Chrome finish riser bushings and I received black finish. I used them anyway because I just wanted to get back on the Harley and not waist more time by waiting to correct the problem.

Tried three pairs of riding boots. Third pair fit and will be kept. The other two are being returned. Easy process. Helpful customer service reps.

I purchased a helmet but when it came it was too small. I added a larger size helmet to cart, page shows last one in stock so I quickly proceeded to check out.
Maybe took me 30 seconds to fill out everything, I press purchase and and get a message item is no longer in stock.
Not cool.
If I have something in cart there should be a few minute grace period where other people cannot buy it while im checking out.
Worst part is I contacted chat cust service and they guy literally said. "Sorry. Is there anything else I can help you with."

You guys make it so easy to take my money. Great place to shop.

I've purchased several items over the years, and it has always been easy with Revzilla. I find their videos on product reviews also very helpful. My most recent order arrived in a box that was heavily damaged by the carrier. The product was fine. I also found the product significantly cheaper somewhere else after I had purchased. Contacted CS through the chat and they easily matched the price. So no buyer's remorse.

Order was placed fine and jacket seems lightweight and of high quality. No update on shipping from Revzilla throughout the process after waiting 3 business days. After contacting them, they were not able give me an update as it was being shipped from another source or warehouse. Jacket arrived with no order status on my front porch. There can be better communication between Revzilla and this party for the customers sake.

Bought this helmet for my wife and she loved is comfortable and looks nice.
