My order was received, but the packaging was missing a component. Not necessarily Revzillas fault, unless they built the packaging. Customer Service has shipped the missing component though. Ordering was great. Shipping was great. Part missing not great. Customer Service is great.

The jacket is 1 size too small and clearly made for SLIM guys who are non-athletic. Also, the zipper is on the wrong side to be a guys jacket. But they, allowed me to size up. I should have gone up 2 sizes for my arms and shoulders.

Took forever to ship but it's all good. Was in nice packaging.

I received my tire in 3 days super-fast, riding by Saturday. Revilla's price was on par with all the other dealers, and I never have a problem with them. I stopped buying from Ebay because I have had issues in the past. The wrong part, I know I had it for sale but I don't have any bla bla bla. Then the hassle of trying to get your money back. Skip the BS, buy your tires from a real dealer like RevZilla.

Great customer service! My open box helmet was missing items that were still to be included, and without hesitation, got everything that was missig shipped out immediately. The breath guard wasn't available, so revzilla credited me the difference so I could purchase it somewhere that was in stock. They even emailed me a place that had it, I ordered it, and lol, it just came in today! Awesome Shoei helmet by the way! Thanks RevZilla!

I placed my order late in the day on a Friday antisapating it wouldn't ship until Monday. To my surprise they had it out the door before the end of the day the same day I ordered it. RZ is not always the cheapest, but sometimes quick service is more important than cheap.

From start to finish, great experience. This was a huge update to safety equipment, including a helmet, our first airbag vests - Alpinestars for me, Klim for her. More and better CE Level 2 armor, tire inflation devices, etc. There's always uncertainty when ordering online, and I really did look to see if some of the items I was looking for were available at the reasonably close Cycle Gear but alas, no. So I got into an online chat with the Geeks there at 'Zilla and was very happy with the sizing recommendations that I received. Everything fit extremely well except the helmet, an AGV K6 S, which is not available in 2XL in my color way at this time. Dang. But super easy to return & be credited, so it's all good. An outstanding experience that I highly recommend.

It was awesome! My son ask for a tire for his motorcycle, and the next day we got it! Wow!

The Pirelli route MT 66 tire is grippy and long life for the money. Glad to be able to to get a tire mounting at cycle gear for the lower internally bought rate. (same company - they honor it)
