Pay attention to the posted measurements. What is posted are true measurements, not our assumed sizes. I didn't measure and got the wrong size for my husband's jacket. Easy, fast, uncomplicated replacement. And, he LOVES his jacket!

I purchase a very large amount of OEM motorcycle parts through Revzilla, and I am usually very happy with the speed, prices, and availability of the parts I purchase. Even for items in the standard inventory, shipping and speed are usually great!

I came in as a first-time customer and was received with friendly customer service and patience. I especially appreciated given the hectic holiday shopping season. They were even kind enough to recommend me to other places for specific items they had a limited supply of at that time. It says a lot about the integrity of a shop, caring more about building community than making a sale. I would 10/10 come back.

I needed a replacement visor for a limited edition helmet and revzilla had them in stock. I'm super excited I didn't have to get one that didn't match. I received the item and everything fit perfect. 🙏🙏

I have not tried the bags on the trail yet as it's quite wet in Portland Oregon still but they seem like a really good quality product at a fair price. Like everyone I did a lot of online reviews and these bags with the air vent do seem like the perfect bag for a small to midsize adventure bike. The purchase at RevZilla went very smooth although the bags did take some time to get here as I'm on the West Coast and the shipping I think was weather delayed for few weeks.

One item was late I called customer service. The woman was nice. She informed me the item had arrived 20 minutes earlier. It worked out. But it did extend project completion by a week. It's winter no big deal. Customer service person was pleasant and helpful.
