Don't trust the delivery dates. I ordered 4 tires from Revzilla and they all shipped from different locations. It took 4 days days to ship some items and 10+ days before receiving all the items even though the web site mentioned that they would ship within 24 hours.

Customer service was absolutely useless... Returning all the items and will definitely order elsewhere in the future.

Best on-line ordering experience and best customer service hands-down.

No problems to report, I received my order in a timely manner, no issues.

Jacket was well packaged and arrived in great condition.

Purchased both brake and shifter side pegs. Brake side install completed, no issues. However when tightening the Shifter side the product broke and cracked in multiple areas. Reported to Revzilla Customer Service and awaiting further instructions.

I ordered an Olympia airglide 6 jacket for summer wear for my husband, size medium. He is a true medium size. The jacket came with a liner and with the liner in place, it fit normal. Without the liner which is mostly how the jacket will be worn as it is a summer jacket, the fit was loose all over, trunk and arms, and when adjusted with the straps to get a better fit, the material folded in and looked like a poorly fit jacket.
We returned the jacket but were charged a $9.99 return shipping fee. This seems unfair when it was the correct size with a sloppy fit?

I'm very reluctant to buy shoes online since it's generally hit or miss. The size 9 shoes fit perfectly.

The customer sales rep Kim was awesome and helped me in a timely manner when I received the wrong color boots. Will definitely shop from you all again.

Wind screen looks much better and is lighter than the one that came on my Ninja 1k. Install was super easy.

Researched different helmets with their videos, decided to order the same type and brand as before, simple ordering process, kept up to date on the order as it shipped, received it three days later in perfect condition.
