My order was cancelled and I only noticed when charge was removed from my checking account. I called to inquire and was told product was unavailable. Revzilla's website indicated 3 were in stock at the time. Cistomer service did end up resolving the issue after a few days. Not a great experience and will likely not return as a customer.
I had some trouble getting discount code entered but order product anyway. Called C/S following morning and they refunded the difference on the spot.

The product I received was defective but Revzilla took care of the issue immediately through several emails. The Rokker jeans I ordered were missing the velcro that secures the armor in place in the knee area. I received the option of store credit or full refund, and, while this all took a few days, I was satisfied with Revzilla's attention to detail and willingness to make things right. BTW, apart from the missing velcro, I thought these jeans fit perfectly at the size specified.

I have ordered from RevZilla before and was very happy with the product and the speed of delivery. I was excited to buy from y'all again. After this go I don't know that I will. I have been tracking my order for some time. To be excited that my helmet has shipped and was delivered today. When in fact it was the face shield that is still supposably waiting for pick up. And a week ago on an online chat was not very pleased with the response with the takes 5-7 days to ship. When it had already been 8 days from the time ordered.

I got an AlpineStars Tech Off Road Vest and it wouldn't work. A quick call to customer service and they said "you're not the first one, but you have to take the back panel off and flip the "Shipping Switch" and then it fired right up.
