Ordered a size 40 in the Merlin Chase Jacket, received a size 38 which did not fit. Now the jacket is no longer being sold. Very disappointing.

I ordered a set of Vance and Hines exhaust everything rev Zilla did was fine the exhaust had come loose in the box one side had broken the zip ties which is v&h fault

I bought this product on Thursday afternoon, paid $35 for the Next Day delivery and it didn't get shipped until Monday. I looked at the FAQ and it said if it was bought on Thursday it would get shipped on Friday.

It's easy to search for make and model on revzilla.

I ordered a small radius tag frame and needed to exchange it for the large. The process was seamless.

We're on the road and wanted an item to be waiting for us upon our arrival in Edinburgh. As arranged, it was in our room upon our arrival.

You pay for next business day and arrives 4 days later.

Shipping was free for items over 49.99, my item cost 49.13 before tax and totaled $63 roughly for everything after shipping, which is fine except when I needed to return.

To return I had to pay the shipping, which was another $10. I spent $73 total with the additional shipping and was only refunded $53 The box for the product was only ever opened to add my return slip in as I realized I didn't need the product before I opened it.
