Fine. Better than fine. Got a bit confused as I had several Revzilla screens open but "Todd" cleared it up for me! The only issue is that the vest was the wrong size (but the website warned about that...)

Although the product I purchase indicated "in stock" turns out it was just drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. This is fine, but no shipping detail was provide from either party until I actually received the product. This wouldn't be as big of a deal if it was not an $800 purchase.

Happy with the fit and protection of the jacket, but haven't used it yet. Will update review later after use.

The entire buying process was really easy and Kimberly was great with assisting with my order. The sizing guide was great as the helmet and jacket I ordered fit spot on. Will definitely be shopping with Revzilla first for future gear.

Been trying to find this discontinued helmet for awhile,loved the last one.

I received an email from Revzilla stating that the order shipped on March 30. UPS did not scan the package. I spoke to customer service three different times. The first two times, I was assured someone would follow up but to no avail. The third agent gave me a $20 credit toward my next purchase.

RevZilla continues to twist the throttle, delivering the parts I need fast, so I can take my sick rides to the next level. I'll be back!

Helmet fits in the head, cheek pads need worn in or replaced as they squish my face. Would be nice if it came with an option for smaller pads for people with rounder faces, but good product overall.

Order was easy! Good selection of tools. Hope I never have to use it, as I prefer doing preventive maintenance before bike breaks down on the road.

What a quality helmet,,,I am amazed by the looks and construction. But, I was not happy with UPS my helmet sat for 3 days only some 20-25 minutes away be fore being delivered.

Ordered it Saturday and it was here Wednesday. Happy they shipped it quick

Helmet finally made it too me and I absolutely love it. Wish it could have been delivered on time for my birthday. Everytime I checked the tracker it said it was an hour away from me but like 6 hours in the future. At 2pm it was saying it got checked in at denver at 8pm the same date. How is that possible? Finally arrived 3 days late.

The Alpinestar Ridge V2 is a good boot. Solid construction, ankle pucks sewn in, weather proof, but the writeup on RevZilla specifies that they are medial zip covered with velcro flap. They are not. There is no zipper. The velcro is solid, and the leather is a one piece, accordion design, so I dont think they're coming off even in an impact situation, but it's not as written. Lots of reviewers have complained about Alpinestar sizing being too large, but the Euro sizes are correct. I measured my foot and used another brand's size chart for comparison. Problem appears to be that somewhere the US sizing got confused with UK sizing (?) making them appear to run large. Well built boot and fast shipping.

When searching for gear as a new rider, it's easy to get overwhelmed and have "Analysis Paralysis" due to the sheer number of options and styles. RevZilla made it easy for me to sort through all available gear and make a better informed decision based on other customer reviews, my own personal preferences, and my available gear budget.

Additionally, RevZilla's email based order communication is very concise, providing tracking number information and product whereabouts, even when coming from out of the country. I'm in the US, and a RevZilla Customer Support Rep informed me that my SPIDI Gloves came straight from Italy. This also instilled me with the confidence that the products I paid for are genuine and not counterfeit, which is becoming a growing problem on Online Competitors such as Amazon.

My orders all arrived earlier than projected, and they were in brand new condition without any packaging or delivery issues. In the future, I will continue to order products from RevZilla because I know that what I pay for is what I will get, and getting reviews and opinions from other real riders helps me tremendously when choosing products to buy.

The giving side deflectors I received were scuffed up and have circle indentation marks where someone had mounted it to their bike.
