The experience and the help I got from the RevZilla team to get my bike suited up with three different bags on the back was above and beyond as far as helping me find through another supplier the hardware for one of my bags. This is not against RevZilla but Givi who RevZilla deals with should really consider some changes as far as accommodating good customers who are requiring one saddlebag replacement. I had mouse damage to mine and somebody could dump their bike and ruin one and you can't replace just one bag I don't care if there's an extra different key. Because I have it being retired I ended up buying another set of bags not real comfortable and happy with that but I had to do what I had to do. Again the RevZilla team helped me with another concern and I'm thankful for that.

This jacket is well-made with lots of great features. I ride every day and wore this jacket almost 2 months before writing this review. I'm 5'9,173 lbs and bought the medium size. This fits perfectly when I need to layer or wear over a long sleeve shirt or sweatshirt. With a couple layers, there was not a lot of extra room so if I was a larger guy, then the next size up might be an option. The included armor is nice and light-weight. I barely notice it. The lighter color detail on the shell and weight is perfect for Southern California riding where we experience milder weather and lots of sun. I removed the rain liner and left the quilted liner. There is enough airflow that I can be comfortable in hot weather up to 95 degrees and as cool as 36 degrees. The zippers are rugged and should last a long time. I like the collar feature that gives the option to snap back when not needed, or to close all the way for cold weather. The cuffs are nicely designed and very adjustable. I like the cuffs to be snug, and there is a velcro strip that keeps the cuffs cinched. The velcro does not need to be adjusted once in place since the zipper on the sleeve can be easily opened/closed to put the jacket on or off. There is also a snap on the cuff to folder over the zipper closure. A really nice design! The only design flaw is with the quilted liner. There are snaps all around the edge to secure it to the outer shell, except at the bottom. I don't know why snaps were not included at the bottom since the liner tends to fold up when putting the jacket on. I frequently have to reach beyond my back to pull the liner back down. It's slightly annoying to re-adjust on the regular. I'll probably add some velcro to this area to secure it better. Overall, this is a great jacket and I would buy it again or recommend it to a friend. The customer service with Revzilla was awesome! I bought this from their website. They had frequent communication with ordering and shipping details. The package arrived several days ahead of schedule, which was a nice surprise. I couldn't wait to open it and try on my new jacket. I will purchase from Revzilla again for other items!

Sold old stock

The speaker I was sent was manufactured 5 year ago. I returned it and was charged $10 for return shipping because I didn't pay for RPM membership. This is the second poor experience I've had with Revzilla/Cycle gear. I'll be purchasing from Dennis Kirk going forward.

I have gotten quite a bit from here for my husband. Most recently I got him and myself motorcycle high tops. True to size. Exactly as described. But this page is definitely pricy but I can say every experience ce I had, they seem like quality products. I will keep coming back.

Misleading Shipping Time Listed

I ordered the Chicken Hawk tire warmers with a stated 1-3 day shipping time on website. Order was placed on 9/10/25 and on Tuesday 9/16/25, I reached out to customer service for a tracking number(>3 business days from order). I was informed they had not even received the product from Chicken Hawk but expected it later in the week. Product finally shipped 09/17/25 and arrived a week later. Frustrating experience with customer service when I questioned the stated shipping time versus actual shipping times, was told I could cancel the order and purchase directly from manufacturer. If I had known the actual lag in shipping times, I would have purchased from manufacturer or competitor as I needed the warmers for a track event.

The shipping times shown on our site are estimates based on expected availability from the manufacturer, but occasionally items may take longer to arrive to us before we can ship them out. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially when you were preparing for a track event. When timing is critical, we do offer the option to cancel so you can purchase directly from a manufacturer or another retailer that may have stock on hand. Product and service were great however I believed i was purchasing products from Revzilla Australia and was paying in Australian Dollars o was very surprised / extremely disappointed when i was charged in US$. Even when I went to finalise the payment on PayPal, there was no mention of exchange rates to again indicate that I woukd be charged US$ instead of AU$. So buyers, be aware when finalising your transactions.

Timely shipping. However, the fork seals which were supposed to be compatible with my motorcycle were not anywhere close to required thickness. The online and box advertisement were 41x55x11 mm.
Actual was 41x55x7. Even with attaching washer which was shipped with item, measurement was only at 9mm thickness. This is a dangerous mis alignment with advertised product which could result in catastrophic failure of front fork seal blowout and possible accident for rider.
