I ordered an MX-9 helmet on a Wednesday at 7pm and paid extra for expedited shipping. By Friday afternoon I still hadn't received a shipping notice, so I called RevZilla and was told that it was shipping that day, but wouldn't be to my house until Monday... I was told that I "ordered past the shipping deadline on Wednesday." There is absolutely no information on the website that indicates there is any sort of expedited shipping time cut off, but apparently there is.
When I called customer service I was told this and was also told that I should have known that RevZilla doesn't ship on the weekend... I in fact did know this information and it was the entire reason I paid for expedited shipping. Thankfully I was given a refund for paying an expedited shipping fee for something that showed up 5 days later instead of in 2 days or less.
RevZilla needs to do 2 things:
1- Make it very clear to customers that their company has a time where they stop filling orders for the day. (I could have just ordered off Amazon)
2- Work with a shipping company that ships things on weekends. As an online retail company in 2024 it makes very little sense to only be shipping things 5 days of the week, or having a cutoff time for orders considering that most people only have the weekends or week nights to shop online.

They took an extra day to process my package ok cool it's just a day ordered the package Saturday didn't get shipped till Tuesday. Package was supposed to be delivered on that following Monday. Didn't get it till the Saturday after. Took a full 2 weeks. Everything was in country

I am not completely worth my first order experience. First of all, I was expecting this order in 2 days. Then, the order was canceled because of some issue with inventory...but then was told it was in stock...Makes no sense. I had to reorder abs have not been refunded by affirm yet. When I called because Affirm said they were waiting for Revzilla to cancel the order, the agent I spoke to gave me no confidence that she knew what she was doing... then hung up on me!
Needed a replacement and got it fast and for the best price from RevZilla.
Lost connection with the server twice before being able to complete the purchase on another device.
So far so good. I would recommend RevZilla to my friends.
I ordered a helmet and faceshield. The helmet was highly recommended by RevZilla and the faceshield was the same brand. I got both quickly but the faceshield was defective as the RST coating was cracked and chipping. I contacted RevZilla and they sent a replacement within 2 days. The same problem on the new one. Had it not been for their recommendation I probably wouldn't have bought the helmet and faceshield. Now I am questioning their reviewing process as it is clearly a production problem frequent enough to be noticed. To be clear, I am still going to use the helmet and faceshield as I like the style while the defects are only noticeable from very close range and not while wearing the helmet.
Price was ok, product was exactally as I expected, delivery was quick and uneventful. I will be shopping with these folks again soon.
Ordering and shipping were fine but my PCI Trax communication helmet doesn't work. Now I need to return the helmet for another. Products need to be tested before shipping to customers. You can do better.

Price matched and shipped quickly as promised satisfaction was high
First order never got shipped and was cancelled after 4 days was never really told why. When I called to reorder they did ship it next day for me.

I got my helmet but it didn't fit I tried to email and find out about if I could return the online helmet to the store or if I needed to send it back and never got a response back on the email only got this.
