If I don't use fifty characters, it will not let me leave the page. If I want to put "No Comment" I should be allowed to say that, with out the hassle of putting characters in to leave. Make this part easier for the customers. This is the ONLY bad experience so far...

The helmet didn't fit but I'm staying with it for show in my house I didn't want to return it because it looks so cool so I'm not going to able use it but it's always going to look brand new. Thank you revzilla.

...and arrived two days before the estimated delivery date. Not complaining because it was early, but an accurate delivery time would be helpful.

Coming up on an oil change so I went ahead and ordered an OEM filter and some oil for free shipping. Both were listed as Ships in 24 Hours. Later that week I reached out by email, 3 business days later, and then live chat 5 business days later. Didn't get an email response but live chat support was on point.
The oil filter showed up a week after that, so a good 10 business days later. The packaging was damaged but the filter looks alright. Today the oil showed up. Two weeks later on the 11th business day. I'm glad this wasn't urgent order wise but it's still mad frustrating to go two weeks for something I could've picked up locally and paid an extra $10 if that
