Shopping was fine. But the helmet is super quiet. I had a helmet that was a Techno 2.0 and it was way louder than this one. The helmet doesn't my my ride enjoyable like my last helmet did.
Had a coupon code that I applied to a cart, mistakenly emptied the cart and when attempting to reuse the code it was no longer valid. Support literally told me to refresh my cart and the code was applied. Wicked.
It took way to long for me to get my order. I was very disappointed.
I do not believe it is revzilla fault but the manufacturer.
Before ordering, I called to confirm shipping method and was told to use my physical address and NOT my P.O. Box because the item would definitely ship UPS. A couple days later I received a confirmation that the item shipped US Mail. There is no mail delivery to my area and this issue caused more than an inconvenience on my part. I called and sent an email to try and correct the situation and your reply essentially said "you should have used your P.O. Box" when I was told by your rep not to. Very frustrating.

Terrible, Terrible experience. Ordered tank pads for my Ducati Panigale V4. Fitment on order says they fit with a check mark. But wrong pads. Then they resend and same crap, wrong ones again. When I questioned your sales rep why after someone reorders and there was an issue with improper labeling would someone not track down the problem and send me the right order, in other words physically check your stock and make sure you resend the correct pads. No sir we can't physically do that! WTF!
SO YOU WASTE MY TIME AND YOUR TIME AND SENT ME THE WRONG PADS AGAIN!
NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER ANYTHING FROM REVZILLA AGAIN. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO DIG THEIR HEAD OUT OF THEIR ASSES ASAP! OMG!

Great gloves so far, really love the look and they feel like the offer a lot more protection than my previous gloves.
Ordered 2 weeks ago. And only received today. Called to see what's going on with my package and representatives weren't much help and kept repeating that they can only do something about it if package hasn't been scanned for 5 business days from carrier. We were really gonna cancel the whole order if package was gonna arrive this week.
