Ordered a modular helmet LS2 on 3/22/24 recived item until 4/6/24. Called costumer service, they said the manufacturing company is the one processing and shipping. Very disappointing on the website say 5 to 7 day
I liked the ease of ordering and got my shipment on time. My son needs a larger shoe and finding shoes for motorcycle drag racing for a larger size foot, has not been easy. Searching on the site, placing the order and then receiving them on time as stated are all reasons for me to be a repeat customer.
Website should tell you if additional parts are needed. Nothing said tubes were needed when I purchased +2 tube cartridges. Annoying cause now two orders instead of one! Website needs a lot of work. Details are as important as the product you purchase!

Ordering was easy, product got here, problem was they were, "Experiencing more business than they could handle, phone calls and emails were backlogged etc. etc." on the answering machine. They did apologize and made up for the inconvenience and I appreciate their efforts in that regard.
