Nothing much to say, found the item I needed, ordered and received it. Took slightly longer than usual, but it was okay.

Oh I particularly loved being called AND emailed by James D. His call was solely to yell at me and tell me I'm a horrible person. The best part was the email he sent me:

"At this point we are no longer interested in pursuing a business relationship with you, and as such, will not accept any new orders moving forward with any Comoto brand. This includes RevZilla, Cycle Gear, and J&P Cycles.

I bought a battery, and had concerns about the apartment number not being in the shipping address on my order. I was greeted with friendly and helpful customer service, and even received a follow up to make sure I had received my order.

The only issue is you get a 20% off coupon then you can't use it on all of the products because of MAP Pricing?

Service was quick and delivery fast but only problem I had was the cushion sleeve in cup holder was too small for my costa coffee cup and and seemed abit top heavy. Which made me worry that I might spill drink on my motorcycle. Which wasn't really explained in description of product. Also it seems very easy to attach and worries me that for that price would be costly if I someone was able to steal it as easy as it can be put on.

I opened a chat session with one of your reps. They were extremely helpful in helping me make sense of where I should be (as I fall between different sizing) on the size chart. They did the leg work for me on finding the right inserts to go with the purchase and closing out the sale.

I had to return a jacket due to defect and Revzilla was extremely helpful and credited my account right away so I could get a replacement ordered without delay.

Ordered an Atwyld/Bell helmet for my wife, she tried it on, didn't fit to her liking, so I repacked and returned it.

Diagrams were informative to help me narrow my search to what part I needed thanks!

Item was in good condition, but package was damaged. I have had order an expensive air bag system and it was still in good condition when got it but package was completely open. For an expensive item I would have expected better packaging.

Looking for 2024 adjustable brake lever and foot pedal for a new Harley...could not seem to locate this unicorn anywhere in stock. But then comes Revzilla...and in stock with matching foot pedal ready to ship to my house. Few days later, at my home and on the bike. Happy days!

Over all the website is easy to navigate and I highly appreciated the diagrams bellow the items to help those who are starting to purchase their gear get the perfect size.
Shipping went smoothly as well and I absolutely love my helmet.

Went into the store to make an exchange for a smaller size and I got all the help I needed. The people who work that store are awesome, some of the nicest and most helpful folks I've met in any retail store. The exchange process was easy and fast, Revzilla is a great company with even better employees, these people deserve to be paid more to be honest.

Even though the 4.5" HP slip-ons I ordered did not fit and had to be returned I would give RevZilla 4.5 stars if that score was available. My only consternation is that I ordered the mufflers to begin with and waisted the time to receive and return them. I probably should have called to find out if my Screaming Eagle headers would fit them but was not aware that it could be a fitment issue. Lesson learned on my part! But for RevZilla's part they were prompt, responsive and assisted me to expedite the return. Great customer service on their part.

I think the package got lost in the system and was delivered later than I thought.

I have had a chance to try the gloves on now, and they are on the snug side (but that is how I like them, in order to allow for some stretch in the leather over use.) They appear to be really well made. I do have a couple nitpicks... I prefer the closure on gloves to be on the back of the wrist in case (knock wood) I need them in a wreck so that they don't come loose. These gloves in particular are kind of loose fitting at the wrist as well. This is not a RevZilla issue, just some thoughts for Held (who will probably never see this...)
