Waiting for refund. I shipped it back last week. It's not the lady on the phone. She is trying to make A living. You count on people being too lazy to return. To me that is A scum bag move. Profit over everything like A big Pharma company. You really should do better! Don't you agree?

The part is fairly expensive for what it really is and the shipping took too long given what I paid for it. Other providers are significantly faster at no charge.

I placed an order and didn't realize I had an unwanted item in my cart. I called customer service within a few minutes of receiving my confirmation email and wasn't able to remove the item from the order. Returning the item was very simple and I was able to get the restocking fee waived. The other item was fine.

My only complaint is that the item was marked in stock on the web site but had to be drop shipped and took about two weeks to arrive.

Had a few questions about part fitment and armor upgrades. The sales rep answered all my questions which helped me with my purchase decisions.

I think that the product itself is significantly better than other brands as it is metal rather than just plastic and when it came to returns for the product, I ordered incorrectly. It was absolutely no problem.
