Easy, had everything i needed, want6ed to try out some new tires. And they were available on your website so i purchased them. They were about the same price as i found elsewhere. And i knew i could make returns easily so i decided that it would be best to purchase them at revzilla

…wish the shipping could be faster, we're getting used to a "ordered today, delivered tomorrow" world.

Lenses won't come off for the installation in the signal holders. Cheap plastic tool wasn't useful. So I resorted to pliars. Still couldn't get them off.

…But I like everything I order, and I if I don't, revzilla makes it easy to return or exchange. I have to stop ordering things when I'm drinking. Hehe.

I have been a customer for many years and recently ordered 2 full face helmets to replace my old and outdated ones (also purchased from RevZilla). The research and ordering process was painless and the new helmets were received timely and in perfect shape. I couldn't ask for more.

These gloves were on sale because they were a discontinued colorway. Sizing chart was pretty accurate and gloves are very comfortable. Time will tell whether they are durable or not.

Tires were delivered in good condition and pretty quick. No issues here.

Getting OEM parts here is easy-peasy. Then I got tempted to get some other stuff while in here.

Orders process & ship fast which is good. Items may ship separately which is okay if it speeds up individual ship times. Notification emails are plentiful, but non order emails could be less frequent. However, so far the emails have been somewhat relevant to recent searches, so they use a decent algorithm. Popular items are out of stock like everywhere else, but there is a decent selection of alternatives.

Originally ordered a fender eliminator and they had a issue with thier warehouse so I got refunded. I buy another that one gets to my house and the original one I tried buying was back in stock and they exchange and paid for return.

I just purchased my first motorcycle and needed some gear so I got a ICON helmet, Rev It eclipse 2 jacket, and ICON knee pads. All of them came in earlier than I expected and were amazing! I was really impressed with the jacket because the airflow is so great I can barely tell I have it on when riding. I highly recommend it to other riders.
