So I've now purchased a few things, had the shipper drop the ball and revzilla quickly stepped up and shipped another. Ive experienced returns and customer service was great to deal with and promptly refunded. Revzilla is a blessing to deal with. Thank you Team at Revzilla!

Made my first ever order from here for a Sena Outrush R helmet I've wanted since I bought my new motorcycle over 6 months ago. Came in looking great box wasn't damaged at all and unbixing the helmet was fantastic.

The boots were overall great, but the sizing is very obscure. I ordered 2 sizes smaller compared to the 8.5 I would normally wear in street shoes.

Needed the Harley spec and stamped tires and they had them in stock, one was a drop ship but came within 2 days of the one in stock

I'm an RPM member because I like to try things on locally at cycle gear but also can hop online and save on whichever website that has what I want. My latest order got lost in the mail and I needed the stuff for a trip so I called customer service and explained and they quickly helped me purchase the same products again and get them shipped. Eventually the other items came so now I have back up's but the point is it was easy to reach customer service and they were easy to work with.

It was fast and on the money. Exactly as advertised. Will do business with them again.

I appreciate having a realbperson at the other end of the line to answer my questions annd guide my purchases.

The products showed up neatly packaged, and fit perfectly based off the size charts, shipping was a little slow, but that had nothing to do with Revzilla

I love shopping onRevzilla and Cycle Source but since so many clothing items don't fit well based on descriptions in the ads, it is necessary to return 50% and the shipping is too expensive. Should be free.

Kept getting a pop-up for an additional 10% off today because it is Memorial Day sale. The promo code I received did not render a 10% discount. Disappointing to be teased with an additional holiday discount that is not valid.
The Fly rain suit arrived in a few days and the fit is perfect. Even without the additional 10% discount, the purchase was exactly what I was looking for.

Ordered an XS and got it but it turns out to be too small and unfortunately you have no stock on a SM. Is this model now discontinued or can I expect it to come back in stock?

I've taken one ride with it. The medium seems true to size and it included the pinlock shield which is a nice add-on. It's very quiet and the latch system although not a D ring does function well. The rachet system held up well on my previous LS2 helmet. I really don't like the graphics but once I have it on I can't see the graphics so that is of little importance. I have not crashed with an LS2 helmet so I can't comment on their actual effectiveness.

I was a bit worried that the CE pads were a bit larger than the originals but they squeezed into the pockets.
