Bought a Givi windshield from Revzilla for wife's Triumph Tiger 900 GT Pro. She loves it. Great service from Revzilla: easy order, fast shipping. Just received a second windshield for my GT Pro, which just arrived. Excellent experience with Revzilla.
Good selection of gear but not sure why you sign up for the membership and they mention a discount on your first purchase, then when you go to use that code on anything like AlpineStar or good brands, that it doesn't work.
The biggest issue with revzilla is that you join for membership discounts and such, but the stuff you want to buy, like Alpinestar brand items, never has the discount codes applied to them that you are told you can use in store or online when you sign up for the program.
The website is simple to navigate and the checkout process is seamless. One thing that made me chuckle a bit, is that the original manufacturer's box the helmet came in was full of dust on the top side. This tells me the helmet has been sitting on the shelf in the warehouse for quite some time! It might be a good idea to have your packaging crew take 3 seconds to wipe down the boxes with a damp cloth prior to placing into the shipping boxes.
The checkout takes you through A LOT of screens with A LOT of things to read through. Hopefully simpler next time now that I have things saved into an account.
I am not a huge girl but am curvy. Its always going to be difficult to find items that fit me right. Its disappointing that every item, just about, that would fit me properly is either out of stock or does not carry my size. I understand most brands are European.
Bought a set of Legends for my 2020 Road glide Limited and they were delivered to my house in 4 days. I live in Canada so this is pretty fast. All in all, great experience.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. It was much easier to reach a human in the early years, much harder now. Once you reach someone they are usually courteous and helpful.
RevZilla came through as always... FedEx, not so much. I ordered two sets of tires. FedEx took a week to get me one set, two deliveries. The other set went to wherever socks go in the dryer. RevZilla sent out replacements which arrived quickly, although FedEx left them in my yard, next to my mailbox, 200' from my house. Dunno why FedEx has gone to crap lately.
Great prices and the reviews are always fun to read.

I ordered 2 sets of tires 17-days ago. The first set arrived two days later (10/2/25). The second set was lost in transit, and a replacement set was sent out last Sunday. The tracking emails stated they would be delivered yesterday. Finally arrived today (Friday, 10/17/25))

Shopping on revzilla is always great. The site is easy to navigate etc. however, when buying a set of tires, it would be great if the set arrives as a set. My tires came separately and two days apart. I assume each tire was sourced from different warehouses in different states. I suggest trying to minimize that.

3 phone calls to get one small package delivered,( 2 weeks) Next package now stalled out of state, your shipping is a joke. Try better bar code labels as this seems to be the problem with each package.

Received the package - then after attempting to install in the Road Glide the plug was not attached to the light to plug into the bike. Should be plug and play.
I had my package stolen from my front porch, and unfortunately I have no doorstep camera so it was really just my word. Despite it truly being neither Revzilla nor the delivery company's fault, I contacted Revzilla to see if anything could be done. Revzilla sent me a replacement almost immediately after I reached out. My handle grips are now safe and sound on my bike, and I am so happy. I was so bummed when the package was stolen, and even though they weren't responsible, Revzilla gave me such courtesy and really brightened up my whole week.

I've placed a few orders recently, so this survey should maybe include an order number if specifics are desired. Today someone helped me process match some gloves via the web browser chat feature and adjusted the price in my account cart when ready. That was amazing and will most certainly keep me coming back. The only small issue I've had recently was some bar end weights that were ordered recently burst out the package and got beat up. But that's a shipping issue.
I needed something and revzilla had it. I JUMPED onto the internet and SOARED the world wide web and what I needed just HAPPENED to land right in my cart. I think you can guess what happened next, if you know what I mean ;)
I've shopped here before for various pieces of gear, and they have an excellent selection. When a piece of gear has a review video attached, it's always great and helps a lot with the decision. The only problem arises when something doesn't have a video review. There are very few pictures of a given item; usually just a wide shot of the front and of the back, multiplied by all the various colors. On items that haven't been video reviewed, I'd love more pictures to get a closer look at the details and features.
The Woodcraft frame sliders look like there a quality product. Reason for 4 stars is the time it took to receive them. Shipping kept getting pushed back.
Hard to come up with more great things to say about RevZilla. I am a regular customer and have been for years. Every once in a while, if stuff was unavailable, I would place an order with another provider. More than half of those ended up poorly with poor communication, delivery delays, cancelled orders for items that were not actually in stock, but showed in-stock on their website, etc. Had to return a jacket to a RevZilla competitor and they kept me on the phone for 20 minutes trying to talk me out of sending the jacket back! I wasn't even asking for a refund, I just needed one size smaller! RevZilla rocks! Also, even if my purchases only contribute a few pennies to the content produced by Zach and Ari, it is 100% worth it, and another reason I keep coming back! Great job all around!
