The chat was extremely helpful. I had no idea what the products I wanted were called. Text is not my most effective source of communication. The reps handling the chat function were excellent and patient. They pointed me in the correct direction and added to my cart the items chosen.

I was looking for a new helmet and as a beginner rider the layout is easy to navigate and the description of the products are in depth and clear.

I appreciate the ease of navigation of the site, timely arrival of my product, and always a fan of HSLS and the other content you put out there.

I purchased a used ATV that had no racks or bumper on it. I hated the look so I purchased used ones on eBay but needed the 8x16 bolts that are used to attach it to the frame. RevZilla had the bolts that were OEM Honda and fit perfectly. Love the look now!

The item I ordered was great. It was just annoying that I did all that sign up for a discount to have it be an "excluded item". Wished I would have been able to know that before having to give my email, create an account, confirming going back and forth with the site and my e-mail, have to click x on all the pop ups... Just want to buy my item without all the extra ads or last minute offer to add to cart.

I was purchasing this new rear tire for my motorcycle. I couldn't get the 10% discount code or the Military discount to work properly. I called and the lady on the phone explained the tires don't receive discounts but she helped me with the order.

I like to go to the Revzilla Boutique in Philadelphia. The sales people are always knowledgeable and courteous. The ability to actually see and feel the merchandise cannot be duplicated online.

As a shopper of large and tall sizes, it is important to the gear on. Often there are subtle variations in the sizes are not reflected in the size charts.

Turned out that the size I needed was not in stock at the store location. However, the salesman had me try on various items to verify the required at the boutique. We were then able to find the particle pair of summer pants I needed online and have it shipped to my house.

The Akrapovik exhaust is amazing. Installed on a Suzuki GSX-8R and fit perfectly. A little more work than the instructions provided for the 8S, but nothing in life is easy. It runs great after the install and can't wait until the ECU upgrade.

Cheaply made floorboards. Metal on the floorboards and adapter stripped causing the floorboard to rotate freely. Unsafe for riding.

These are for my kid's bday! Very excited. Placed the order and didn't think it would arrive on time but it arrived a day earlier than expected. I was able to wrap up the gorgeous and heavy-duty cherry red helmet and gloves as their actual a birthday present, rather than printing out a picture to put in their card. 😊
