Easy to use website. Quick shipping! Had my new helmet in just a few days

The website showed the pants would be delivered in 2 days. Actually, it guaranteed 2 day delivery if ordered in the next few hours. I needed them for a ride coming up in 1 week. It's my fault for waiting so long to order, but based on the guarantee, I thought I was set. Well, the pants didn't come before my ride due to a mix-up in the warehouse. Because of that Revzilla spotted me some store credit. One of the reasons I shop at Revzilla whenever I can is because of the great customer service I have recieved in the past and even still.

Very easy check out, I like the helmet but bit larger than expected, however, I can wear something under the helmet.

Needed large, soft, water bag for adventure ride. Giant Loop Cactus Canteen 1 gallon was delivered on time for adventure ride. Only issue is manufacturer pricing (high), but no competitors that I could find.

I've worn my new helmet on a few rides now and I like it. Good fit, I measured at 22.5 inches and ordered a medium per the size chart and it fits great. Low wind noise. I do wish the sun visor came down a bit further, but it's still a great feature that allows you not to worry about having sunglasses. It's warm outside but I haven't noticed my head sweating, so I think the air vents work great.

Ordering and delivery was prompt. The windscreen arrived with 2 sizeable scratches. I installed it because I wanted to use it asap and it will end up scratched at some point anyway.

Pros, way less heat, 5lbs less weight.
Cons at least for me, the exhaust is a bit grating and raspy now. Not the best for your neighbors at 6am going to work. Although the LC8 motor sounds like a bucket of bolts with the stock pipe or a raspy drone with an after market pipe, so no real middle ground on this that I have found yet.
Definitely louder but also cooler running and lighter.

Checkout has been a bit wonky then two days after placing my order I get a notice from Customer Service that my tire is not available and my order has been cancelled. If the tire was not in stock, why was I sent an email telling me it was available and allowed to purchase it? This is the second time this has happened with this company.

First time experience purchasing through Revzilla and it was easy, quick and reliable!
