Now just an aggregator that is not concerned about you or the quality of goods delivered. Their staff is also not what it was ten years ago. Seems like unqualified unknowledgeable people at home on a computer with a checklist from various companies - RevZilla is just one of them. $10 return fees. Of the last four orders I have made each one has had something wrong in it. Listed wrong on the website, wrong size or doesn't fit even if it is listed as fitting. Even when I have found this before shipment they have told me there is no way to cancel and only waived the fee once - which would have been $50 for their mistake in ten months of orders. Even Amazon has done better.

My Alpinestsar jacket is a 46. Plenty of room. So I selected 46 for the Dianese and I couldn't even zip it up. I will be returning it soon.

Easy order process, fast shipping and it actually fits the Yamaha YZ450FX after many sites said it did not fit. After installing and setting the speedo based on their tire size instructions I did a test ride comparing it to GPS. The trail tech and Garmin we always within 1 MPH of each other. I beleive a lot of that was GPS lag.
Picking front and rear tires is tricky. As you finish looking or picking tires for one end and change to the other end, the system says the tires for the previous end don't fit. Duh. It would be better if the shopping system deleted the old tires from the list and populate the sizes with the new end before confusing the shopper (me).
Also, I couldn't find a previous reference to ship tires to a local Cycle Gear for mounting once I put my tires in the cart and looked for that shipping choice. I had to manage that separately, and that isn't what I expected since they are the same corporation.
Love shopping with you all. Just hate the shipping. I pay for fast shipping and no matter if it's the over night, 2 day or standard it's always at least a week. I wouldn't even offer next day or 2 day. I know it's usually shippers fault but makes you all look bad cause customers aren't getting what they pay for. Other then that love your store and selection.
The only reason I did not award 5 stars is that I ordered front and rear tires but after the front tire arrived I was informed that the rear tire was out of stock. This meant that I ended up ordering a different brand of tire for the rear wheel. However, I must say that earning $25 credit for my purchase for their stock control error was really nice of Revzilla; it helped me pay for the tax of such an expensive item.
