My product arrived slightly scratched on the face shield. I was supposed to send pictures of it to get a new one but I had already used it to ride since I had it planned ahead. I decided not to even attempt to send a picture because I've done used it, its dirty and can't really prove it was already there. So unfortunately I have decided to just deal with the scrach on the face shield. Other than that, I really like the product and the website.
5-7 business days to ship doesn't seem long until you are waiting. Don't remember Revzilla taking that long to ship in the past. Took two weeks to recieve my order. Besides the long wait everything else went well as usual.
