Needed to new bar ends, and RevZilla had what I was looking for at one of the best prices with the fastest shipping around.

I am compelled to share my disappointing experience with RevZilla due to an unresolved delivery issue. As a loyal customer with a history of substantial purchases, I expected much better support and professionalism.

After reporting a missing package, which RevZilla claims was delivered based on a carrier's photo and proof of delivery, I never actually received the item. My attempts to resolve this with customer service were met with dismissiveness and a refusal to investigate the matter thoroughly. According to consumer protection laws, the retailer is responsible for the delivery of purchases until they are received by the customer, a responsibility RevZilla did not uphold.

FEDEX managed to mis-deliver my tire shipment to the wrong address and the item stayed missing. I brought the problem to the attention of Revzillla's customer service team and Charity answered the call. She immediately grasped the nature of the problem and told me precisely how they were going to handle the situation. A few days later a replacement tire showed up in timely fashion even though the original lost item never came to light. As always, transactions are quick, efficient and accurate.

I buy parts for my bikes, and consumables. I like being able to keep a "garage" on the site and have it guide me to what I am looking for instead of just searching.
Shipping is always quick.

Looking for emergency tool kit for my triumph. Found the perfect one on revzilla.

I used the figment guide to purchase bar risers. The risers suggested did not fit, and now I have to spend $10 to return. Bummer

Being an 'old school' rider I grew up being able to walk into a brick and mortar location and purchasing everything you needed same day. That not being the case anymore RevZilla is the next best thing. Ordering is easy, selection is great, and delivery is very quick. Brraaapp on Revzilla!

Good… but online it said I would receive a 10% discount… Only to call in and have an agent tell me that it doesn't apply to tires.

My first experience with Revzilla was a great experience, the discount I got. I can't get it on another site and the speed of response to inquiries, I liked it

Bought Oxford ground anchors that were hard to find. Hadn't heard of Revzilla, but their product availability was really great, and what I ordered arrived a lot faster than I expected. Also great communication along the way.

Shipping was extremely fast. It fits on my Kawasaki Eliminator perfectly.

II think the googles are great well made, it would have been 5 stars except the shipping was terrible.

The Pinlock works wonderfully. The instructions for installing it are horrible, mostly because they seem to complicate a very simple procedure. That being said, this is the first review I have left for RevZilla, despite having ordered several items. The company is fantastic, and there was zero issues with one item I needed to return. They are my go-to for motorcycle related accessories. Very highly recommended.

Haven't had a chance to mount them yet. They do look good though!
