There was a broken part on the original helmet I ordered. So, I contacted RevZilla, and the CSA helped me through the process of documenting the damage, returning the helmet and ordering a replacement. The new helmet arrived today in perfect condition! Thanks, Zil.

Staff was enthusiastic and eager to help, the "shop for ride" makes it easy to navigate options for you bike.

Install was a little tricky with the HJC i10, but once installed the audio quality was very very good. And the bass was amazing. Super light on the helmet as well, not even noticeable.

The gift card was extremely difficult to use since it had no numbers on it. In the waiting around and messing with customer service, who did actually help and fix the issue, I missed the sale price, and ended up paying full price. That really sucks.

Revzilla is not a shopper friendly site anymore. Not sure of your size in this brand? Good luck - exchanges are $10 and you do them yourself.

Package was delayed for 4 days they kept saying it was going to be delivered then pushed it back not sure if this was a usps issue or a revzilla issue

Ordered a simple pair of fingerless gloves. In the past, orders seemed to arrive in 2-3 days with rare exceptions. They seemed to pride themselves in getting product out quickly. I have made numerous high dollar purchases in the past with no significant issues.

Not any longer. Order placed 11/29 and I am still waiting on 12/10. Unacceptable. I will have to think about my options going forward.

Though my son and I disagree with his choice to purchase a motorcycle, we both agreed safety is the priority. I am confident the boots I purchased for for him will provide the protection we are both looking for.
