Pretty scary! I hoped I would get the right one but it's half a size too big. Man why are shoe sizes so finicky! I'll try to use the paper inside the shoes. Boy you guys have dirty minds! Ha! Ha!

Pads packaged well, quick shipment. No issues, maybe a quantity discount would be nice.

I certainly hope it's a problem only with the pair I bought. The left knee protector is about 2 inches lower than the right and falls below the height of my left knee cap. And before you jump one here, I know how to adjust the height of the knee protectors in these jeans between their high and low setting and can confirm that both are at the same setting. I think the issue is with the mesh liner itself not being sewn into the jeans correctly. I will be returning these since my pair will provide me with substandard protection if I fall.

There is a crack at one of the mounting holes. It should be a defect free part. Not one that has a crack in it.

RevZilla has competitive prices and an excellent range of inventory. Good past experiences overall, and definitely a helpful shopping site even when I do not end up purchasing through them.

Regarding my most recent experience: price was great, reviews helpful, process was easy, but overall unsatisfying due to the uncertainties of purchasing an item (motorcycle cover) that cannot guarantee fitment.

I get it. When one shops for value, sometimes one must take an educated guess and hope for the best. In this case, between "fits sport bikes" and "fits tour bikes," I guessed wrong on the size of the cover. Went too small for my sport-tourer - just a few inches too snug and not getting as much coverage as I had hoped. I considered a return/exchange, but shipping costs made the proposition not worth the effort: I would have paid an additional 75% of the value of the item just for shipping. Too bad the free shipping thresholds are set as high as they are, and too bad fitment on "universal" items cannot be better incorporated into the make/model fitment guides.

Want to go from Good to Great, RevZilla? More accessible returns/exchanges at lower price thresholds is a staring point. More specific measurement info on universal items is a great follow-up.

Ordered oil that had been on backorder and oil filter. Used price match to get a new tire. Revzilla was not the cheapest price but they matched the tire price from a competitor.
