The best thing about the purchase process was entering my specific bike and getting a list of accessories that would fit it. After that I could compare and choose based on price, color, application, etc

I ordered adjustable pushrods and the lifters for my bike. I had the new lifters installed, then realized I had the wrong pushrods. When I called Monday morning to see about ordering the correct ones, I couldn't have been more happy with the assistance I received. Lisa was very happy to help. Had me taken of very quickly and cheerfully. Later I realized the seals were not in the new order, called back and Calie? Helped with the same enthusiasm.

There were two boxes that I omitted. So when it came the final transaction. My order would not complete. After trying to complete my order serveal times. I discovered if the boxes were checked my transaction would complete. I do not agree but the item was needed. Meanwhile my bank blocked my card. The order went through with the amount of purchase was $0.00. Which the bank consider a red flag.

Switching to an Arai helmet years ago was a game changer for me and my oblong head! The only downside was the price, so when RevZilla texted me about the extremely rare Arai sale, I got a brand new Signet-X right away. Great price, great delivery, great helmet!

Pretty scary! I hoped I would get the right one but it's half a size too big. Man why are shoe sizes so finicky! I'll try to use the paper inside the shoes. Boy you guys have dirty minds! Ha! Ha!

Pads packaged well, quick shipment. No issues, maybe a quantity discount would be nice.

I certainly hope it's a problem only with the pair I bought. The left knee protector is about 2 inches lower than the right and falls below the height of my left knee cap. And before you jump one here, I know how to adjust the height of the knee protectors in these jeans between their high and low setting and can confirm that both are at the same setting. I think the issue is with the mesh liner itself not being sewn into the jeans correctly. I will be returning these since my pair will provide me with substandard protection if I fall.

There is a crack at one of the mounting holes. It should be a defect free part. Not one that has a crack in it.
