I've never had any problems with an order.
Shipping speeds and pricing are competitive. Almost always has the parts that I am looking for. I do always check other sites for specific items and still very often order them from Revilla.

Yes it's easy to use site. The tire was a little older inventory than I hoped for manufactured in 2022 however it's replacing a 22 year old tire. Other than that nit picked issue everything was great.

Hi. I ordered the Leatt 5.5 boots. The videos on your site stated that the fitting is to the correct size. My size is 10 on all my previous boots. But the Leatt came very very tight, I would need at least an 11.
So I returned the boots.

Good site that has great breakdowns of items and competitive pricing.

Bought a pair of riding pants using their guide for waist. They were way too big! No matter how much I adjusted the velcro I just couldn't tighten them up. The return was very easy. Ordered another pair of pants 2 sizes smaller. Had them in 2 days and they received the return a couple days later and refunded the pants minus the 19 dollars to ship them back. All in all a very good experience. They did a great job.

Long story short, I screwed up my original order (wrong shipping address), so called Revzilla and the rep cancelled for me so I could correctly reorder. Also, my Zilla cash went away so he researched it and made sure I could use it on my purchase. I've bought a lot of gear through Revzilla and will continue.

Nice to be able to buy what i want and not get way-layed by a goofy website experience...Straight to what I need, then I had time to figure out what else I wanted.

I have never had a worse online shopping experience than with RevZilla. I placed two separate orders, and both were a disaster from start to finish.
1. Billing Issues – For both orders, the amount charged to my credit card was miscalculated. I had to spend time and effort just to get them to acknowledge the issue.
2. Shipping Nightmares – Both orders had shipping issues and were lost in transit. Despite multiple follow-ups, I got nowhere. A month has passed, and I am still dealing with their so-called "customer support" daily, just trying to get a proper resolution.
3. Customer Service is Useless – The support team is slow, unhelpful, and frustrating to deal with. Every day, I have to repeat the same complaints, and yet, nothing gets properly resolved.

At this point, I regret ever ordering from them. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay away from RevZilla.

Reading through the reviews was helpful in picking the right size. I am 5'4" and 140lbs and have a hard time finding a nice fitting pair of riding pants but these fit great! I picked up the size 8 and with the stretch, they fit even with an underlayer underneath. Additionally, they look like normal pants, even with the armor pieces in on the knees and hips. Looking forward to riding in these.

Ordered a batter and some new LED turn signals for the front and back. Very easy to install. My past were delivered faster than I anticipated.
