Ordered tires and brake pads for my ride and everything was shipped super quick! Would have had it Saturday, but FedEx in my area always pulls the 'no one home' scam and don't deliver on Saturdays. We were home all day, but that's not Revzilla's fault! Great service and easy ordering! Speedy delivery and quality customer service.

The Rizoma bar end mirror mounts worked perfectly and are of high quality. Deducted 1 star because the bolts should have been black. Why produce high quality accessories in a black finish then supply silver mounting hardware?

Ordered an expensive helmet, did all the research on sizing/ fit. Didn't have to worry about it not fitting exactly like it should due to return/exchange policies. Wore the helmet often on for about 4 days before I decided it's a keeper. You always worry in the back of your mind about having to return a hight dollar item. I enjoy shopping with Revzilla because that's not a worry.

I am not to happy with the sale tax I was charged for my order. In my state sales tax is 6% and for this order, it should have been $47. I was charged $63.20 in sales tax. So my $22 in revzilla cash was nulled by this over charge of sales tax. I am not very happy with this.

I ordered my windshield and headset for my bike on a Saturday and they had it shipped out first thing Monday and I got it on Wednesday extremely fast shipping and worth paying for there premium membership

Easy to order. I would like to see a wider selection of knee and elbow pads for riding.
