Shipment took quite a while which was the carriers problem, but overall the product is as expected and a good Company to work with.

I was confused by your shipping information. I thought I was getting a single package, but in fact there were two packages. Which led me to believe for a short period that I was missing my brake pad order. Only to find it buried with other emails and the email wasn't too clear, also your website and order information doesn't initially show that there are two packages. Very confusing, you folks need to make it very clear and easier to read. When doing things like this, I am usually doing 7 other things. It needs to be less complicated, easier to read and get the info I need, so that I can move on.

Found exactly what needed. I read the reviews on These shoes. I ordered 2 full sizes down like the reviews had suggested. They fit great! I usually wear a woman's 7 and ordered a size 5. They are great shoes for riding. They are a bit stiff when you first get them but give them a couple rides and they are great.

Easy to shop, shipping took a bit longer then expected likely due to ordering right before the weekend. Still received item in reasonable timeframe, good packaging.

The items shipped fast and I received exactly what I ordered. Everything was fantastic. My only problem is that I had ordered multiple items that shipped at different times and every one of them had a different tracking number and I felt like I was getting spammed with emails about it. I had no idea when certain items were going to be delivered. They all showed up at once which was amazing. But I was left super confused by the emails on what I'd get and when. Overall experience was great and I'd gladly order from here again. I just would have liked a more seamless email chain about what I was getting and when. I must have received 15 emails about tracking and delivery. Thank you again. Good experience and it won't deter me from ordering from you again.

Well, my shopping online experience is absolutely fantastic. Amazing customer service returns are super easy and just so many different items and they have many sales going on consistently.

The delayed shipping was extremely frustrating. Frankly if I'd known it would take that long to ship I could've and would've gotten the same product from Amazon in less than half the time time it took just for RevZilla to get it the mail. When the product arrived I was disappointed to find that it's only partially leather. The huge gauntlet cuffs, the reason I purchased these gloves and their defining feature, are not leather but some kind of plastic. I love RevZilla but I'm super disappointed with this one.

My order took more two weeks. During this time no one informed the holdup. About ten days in a delivery date was announced by the seller but was then changed three more days later. Will order again only if other don't have what I need.
