I ordered a tail tidy and it was everything I expected it to be. The shipping took an unacceptable two and a half weeks. The worst part is there is no recourse for customers to get assistance. You just have to wait and hope it eventually gets delivered. I could have bought the same parts from Amazon or eBay and had shipping support and proactive notifications of delays.

The supposed 10% discount code didn't work on my first order. My order was shipped in three parts. One arrived in a few days, the other took more than a week, and the last part took almost two weeks. What a disappointing experience.

Revzilla was great with their customer service. The part took a week or 2 to ship and only came in with half the mounting hardware. Revzilla was promt in getting that addressed but hogworkz took another 10 days to get to me. Once I finally got the hardware I was able to mount the sissy bar and the bar is so warped that it isn't squared when attaching. This caused the cheap latching mechanism to be put under stress and it broke. Overall I'm not satisfied with hogworkz sissy bar being the equivalent of an Amazon knock off. As for revzilla they've been great this whole time.

Product was not received was not the same as pictured, fine print stated it would be shipped in clear visor instead of smoke. Kinda bait and switch.

Ordered a helmet at a good price. It was shipped quickly. The only minor negative was the helmet manufacturing date was 3 years ago. So it probably will have a shorter usage time period.

The ordering experience was basically trouble free and easy.

I purchased D3O Diablo Level 2 armor from Revzilla because I wasn't sure if the upgraded armor would fit my Klim Marrakesh jacket. I knew it would be thicker and would feel bulkier than the original D3O Level 1 Ghost armor, but I was concerned that the armor seemed to be slightly taller and wider, as well as thicker. I called to ask if the Diablo armor would fit in the Marrakesh jacket and the Revzilla rep didn't know. He put me on hold while asking someone else. The eventual verdict was that yeah, it should probably fit. That wasn't particularly reassuring. When I received the armor, it didn't seem to fit. I could force it into the armor pockets but the fabric was bulged and the jacket didn't feel right. I thought I'd need to return it. I left the armor in the jacket for two days and the stretchy fabric relaxed enough that it mostly conformed to the armor. The fabric still seemed tight but didn't seem to be in danger of ripping or tearing out a seam. The fit is still less comfortable, and not just because it's thicker armor. The edges of the armor are curled up a bit and the armor pocket fabric is tight enough that the the jacket now feels stiff. With the Lexel 1 D3O Ghost armor, the jacket felt like a jacket and not a motorcycle jacket. I didn't return the Level 2 armor because the return process didn't seem worth the hassle and I'll live with the reduced comfort as the price for greater protection, but if I knew what I know now, I wouldn't have bought the Lexel 2 armor. I'll probably trim the edges of the Diablo armor to better fit the Marrakesh jacket's armor pockets. In this case, having a customer service rep wasn't any better than ordering on Amazon and taking a chance.
