I have ordered several items from Revzilla over the past year and found that everything arrived spot on as described. I have no experience with their customer support because I didn't need them. They are very good about sending updates via email and tracking information. I will buy from them again.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong replacement visor for my helmet, contacted customer service and was promptly responded to and helped. Returned the visor was reimbursed before expected. Great products and great customer service. Will definitely return.

My experiences with Revzilla have regularly been productive. I am able to set a specific motorcycle for which I am searching accessories, as well as the type of riding equipment for which I have interest. If in stock, I can quickly and easily make a purchase, and typical delivery times are reasonable. I rarely have any issues, and the Revzilla team are typically there to assist as best they can.

I actually really love shopping from Revzilla. I receive products in a timely manner, and returns/exchanges are quick and easy. I'm new to the world of motorcycling, and Revzilla is where I buy all I need.

Had a same day delivery scheduled and was expecting it to be late, as I've ordered tons of products that say same day delivery. So I was very surprised when it actually showed up on time!

Everything arrived on time with great packaging. No back order issues etc.

Actually took time to measure several batteries for me. No one else had any interest in helping on the internet.

I iredwr thw 509 Yactical aocks and KLIM Aggressor Vented socks. Both socks run smaller than sized especially the KLIM socks. They were supposed to be over the calf and they were not for "larger' calf person even when you get the largest size. These sicks were meant for very thin person. The one pair that is discontinued the were a perfect size was REVIT Tour Winter.

Not sure much of this is RevZillas fault. I have a 15 year old scorpion. Xxl. Its starting to be a little tight, the zippers about to go and I should have replaced the armor years ago. I was looking for an adventure jacket. The closest thing on their site that wasnt over a grand was the scorpion. I ordered it 3xl, Didnt fit. Printed out new lable. And sent ti back no problem. Refund to card purchased

With the unfortunate demise of the local motorcycle specialty store, at least RevZilla employs motorcycle enthusiasts who know their products. When buying specialty items online, it's good to know it's not just coming from some big retailer who sells whatever exists, but a mid-sized retailer that cares about the product.
